There were two female employees a couple registers down standing talking. When one walked my way I asked if there was anyone else working in the area. The employee responded she was busy. I asked if she could help me and she replied I'm busy. I told her I had been standing there awhile waiting. The female employee shrugged her shoulders like 'well what do you want me to do about it'. Not the reaction I'd want if I was her employer! I think Walmart needs to do some customer service training.

I will definitely come back and do some shopping because I did check out their beer while I was here and it's about time for some Christmas Ale. He was a bit aggressive, so I took my business somewhere else. He then says I will take 10 dollars off. No thank you, it's cheaper on Amazon but I didn't want to wait. Waste of gas and time. I guess I will call him next time we go shopping and ask him to check the price on items I plan on shopping for before I head there. Make sure he can confirm the price advertised matches the price marked at the store. It's experiences like this and attitudes like he put off that make people want to shop online rather than retail stores. If you don't want to deal with someone asking a simple question, find another job. This guy was the manager, great employee role model to your employees.

That's when in a cold response he said the store has the right to limit quantities. I said who the purchase was for and since my cart was already loaded if I could purchase what I had. He answered with a stern NO. The young man at the register said he would put the cereal back. I don't think it would bother if they would post a sign on limits, they do for eggs. My I add I did not deplete their quantity on the shelve. My warning to you is if your going to purchase a large quantity you better check first. As I got ready to leave there was a lady doing the same thing and I told her you better check first. I still shop at Aldi's but with a far different out look.

The woman behind the counter could not have been nicer to fulfil my request. I would not have asked if there had been others in line so hubs was lucky this trip. They also had ready to eat items, stuffed cabbage (as my family calls pigs in the blanket), ribs, mac and cheese. Oh, I almost forgot, egg salad, chicken salad, tuna salad. For some reason going in Chief's feels like stopping by to see a family friend or something. Since this covid uncertainty it is always assuring to smell the fresh popped popcorn when entering, then the smell of fruits, baked chicken, bakery items to name but a few. I so believe they have yummy smell scents piped throughout the store. Their meats are above average and I am picky when it comes to meat. From presentation to prices, Chief's is the place to go. They are offering mobile shopping now, however I have not used it since we enjoy going in and shopping. All of their employees are helpful, safely wearing masks and I always see them sanitizing so it is a very safe, clean and proactive store.

When I throw parties, this is my stop for a way to cheaply pump my guess full of drunken delight. They also have some houseware stuff sprinkled in between the nearly expired freezer food, and the Eastern European soup options. My husband and I spent over an hour just looking at everything. We went in to pick up some cabbage on our way home from an event a few years back and left with $100 worth of food and alcohol that looks more like $300 worth. I'm not sure if the owner is Russian or Ukrainian, but he was cool is hell. I picked up the best frozen spinach pies I have ever had. They had blitzes and my favorite kosher split pea soup in the freezer. We try to go back every three months or so even though it's completely out of our way just so we can see what cool finds they have procured.
