I happen to go here for a special event. It was a Holiday Wine and Food tasting event. The staff was beyond friendly and the items that were included with the tasting were high quality but all were pretty much under 20 bucks. I was surprised to see so many quality wines at that price point. As we were scrolling around the grocery store all the staffs speak to you and have smiles on their face. I will definitely come back and do some shopping because I did check out their beer while I was here and it's about time for some Christmas Ale. They were priced at 109.00 on the shelf and I asked for a price match. The large stature gentleman with a beard standing behind the checkout immediately told the cashier and me that he doesn't care what the website says, we don't price match, not even if it's our own web price online. He was a bit aggressive, so I took my business somewhere else. He then says I will take 10 dollars off. No thank you, it's cheaper on Amazon but I didn't want to wait. Waste of gas and time. I guess I will call him next time we go shopping and ask him to check the price on items I plan on shopping for before I head there. Make sure he can confirm the price advertised matches the price marked at the store. It's experiences like this and attitudes like he put off that make people want to shop online rather than retail stores. If you don't want to deal with someone asking a simple question, find another job. This guy was the manager, great employee role model to your employees.
