The way I learned no single spice should dominate a product, but you create a flavor profile by blending. I make great Kielbasa myself, in my experience the main spices are garlic and marjoram. I don't have a clue of what they are using. They recently expanded the fresh vegetable selection and added a small choice of fresh meat cuts. Store is cleaner than it used to be. Fresh pastries are now in a case near the front across from the cash register; you ask for a tray and tongs and can get your own choices by the piece. Caveat: I have seen a couple of flies perusing the pastries. That happens at other markets too though.
