I've never met a happier group of workers. They say hello when you come in, and are willing to answer your questions when you don't know how to use the coffee machine. They also seem to keep their roller items attended to (hot dogs, taquitos, etc). I've never gone in there and seen some nasty day old hot dog that looks like a slim Jim. It's a really nice gas station experience.

Well your employee, think his name is Zee, gave me 4 tickets for 1 draw which was morning draw. I told him it is not what I wanted. He started to argue with me that I was wrong. I tried to explain to him that 4 draws were not 4 tickets that it was for morning, day, afternoon and night. He started to tell me again that I was wrong. He wouldn't take time to hear me. He started to be loud in front of vendors. I politely told him I work myself for a gas station. So he started to ask me how long have been working in a gas station. Well I said 5 years so he started to say that he has been working longer that me and made me fill like an idiot. So I said I dont want those tickets it's not what I want. He said I was wrong and he wouldn't take them back. So I left and he was still talking about me. So I talk to my manager and in afternoon we went back to your store. She told him how bad he treated me and he was still arguing with my manager. So she bought a ticket exactly like I told him earlier. She told him to apologize to me that you do not treat customers that way....That was my experience in your store and it was very bad and very unpleasant. I felt humiliated. So customer service was not at all there yesterday morning.
