Rinse, repeat.) Car wash is hit and miss as to whether its working or not. Unless I'm desperately low on fuel I tend to go elsewhere. So I go in the store to tell the clerk to either get a refund or credit for another wash when it was fixed and I was told "I would have to talk to the owner as she did not have the authority".
