The men at Rivercrest Service Center were very thorough. I took my car in due to a rattle and squeaking noise,after AutoNation in North Richland Hills told me nothing was wrong with my car, coming from underneath the car. Majeed and Muhammad determined the noise was not the engine, but in fact the catalytic converter. Apparently someone had tried to steal my catalytic converter, failed in the process, but damaged it enough to require a new part. Majeed shopped around for me and found the best deal. He saved me over $500. Would highly recommend this service center. read more

I love having a full service gas station in my neighborhood. I love feeling like I'm in another era when I treat myself in extreme cold to a full-service fill up. They clean your windows, check your fluids, and clean your window. It's also a great place to gas up when you are self-serving... the pumps are rarely crowded and since it's on a busy corner, I feel safer there at night than I might at other area pumps, even if they are busier stations. I have yet to use their detail service (which I think is independent but regularly stationed on the lot) but it gets great reviews from neighbors I've talked to. read more

Wow, a full service gas station... I had no idea these still existed! I went here to get my A/C checked out, which they did while I waited. As I sat outside enjoying the day, I saw many of the neighborhood's blue haired set come by in their Cadillac's for the full service. In 40 years when I have a huge Cadillac and blue hair I hope this place is still around. They checked tire pressure, oil & cleaned the front AND back windows! How awesome. Turns out my aging wagon needed not just a recharge but some parts too. The mechanics did a great job in diagnosing the issue and at a very fair price. Bonus points: they didn't treat me like a dumb girl :) There is also a guy here that details cars for 25$. He is a funny dude and I usually pay him more than he asks, as my wagon is full of dog hair & drool. read more

I've serviced my cars at this service station for over 20 years. They have worked on my new cars and my classic cars. I think Joe and Leo both do an excellent job when it comes to my automotive needs. I not only service my car here, I buy my tires, batteries, and other automotive accessories here. If there have ever been problems (in 20 years it is bound to happen) they have been corrected fully and at no charge to me. This is the real deal. A full service gas station exists in Fort Worth! Growing up in NJ I was used to people pumping my gas for me, checking fluids, cleaning windows, etc. It's nice that they take the time to do these things here. There's always some old school cars here either on display, or getting serviced. They also have a guy here, independently contracted, that does awesome details. Went to this service station on saturday May 11th at 9:30 am and asked to have my drivers side rear door diagnosed as it was not getting power. The owner was there with no other cars in the area nor any in the station. He was actually acting annoyed with me like I was bothering him, takes my name and number and says he'll call me with diagnosis and price but it wont be ready till monday or tuesday. Monday 10 am no call orr information so I call. The guy says he has other things to do and hasn't looked at the car at all and I should just come and get it. Totally didn't give a crap or care. Would never recommend him. Zero stars if I could! read more

been going there for yrs for inspection, this yr it passed but they put the wrong sticker on it. I went back to get them to change it, and the guy was very rude. Asked what i was talking about. then he laughed and ha we did it wrong. I had to take half a days work off to get this fixed. He had to do the whole inspection over.Telling me we have to do it again.
