Well I was told by shop foreman Reid Smith that they could remove the exhaust filter and clean it and reassemble it all in 1 day, and Im here to say that's exactly what they did! I was so satisfied and overjoyed with the job they did not to mention the money I saved. Anyone dealing with the same problem I'd recommend Kirby's radiator service for sure! I was met at the door by the manager who was aware of my previous experience and wanted to make it good. He had the team give the truck a very good workover and did not charge me for the service. This is good customer service and the service I have been used to for many years with University Car Wash. I will continue using this service on both of my trucks. BTW - the truck does get washed regularly and in May received a 180.00 detail. We just use it and it gets dirty.

I have never left satisfied with the cleanliness of my car, including the time I paid for the $85 detail. I finally talked with a manager, John, and his customer service was as abysmal as their car cleaning abilities. He said the $25 car wash only allowed for up to five minutes of vacuuming, and thus, I received the appropriate level of cleaning I presented him with (very poor... I still had noticeable chunks of dirt in my cupholder, for example). He continued on to tell me that if I wanted my child's car seat vacuumed, even at a basic level, I needed to pay for the detail service. I will not be returning. Thanks, John, for solidifying,my very poor opinion of the car wash and of your customer service.
