They are always friendly and helpful . I had a little issue the other with my blood sugar going low. I sat down for a minute on a corner of a shelf. One of the employee's ask me if I was ok and I explained . She said that she would be right back and she was !!! With crackers and a small juice . I believe that was going beyond good service. I always loved shopping at Kroger but here recently their fresh veggies and fruits are disgusting. Lettuce brown and wilted looking , jalapeño peppers shriveled , bananas brown etc . Then today I went back and was needing flour and while standing there deciding which bag I wanted I killed several moths and there were lots more . This being said is apparently why I'm getting moths in my pantry . Come in Kroger you can do better than this , don't loose customers . I did tell the cashier who told another lady standing there but will they do anything about it?? Probably not. Time to do my shopping elsewhere read more

Would I recommend this store, for certain things I would. The prices here are always way more than the budget box stores. Even with their discount card that requires purchasing multiple of the same items to get a discount or price break. This store look crazy old and outdated. Produce section is fairly small, but they do have single items of several veggies rather than selling only bulk or bagged items only. The meat is usually good, less fat in the meat as opposed to the store across the street, and when it's on sale, it's a really good deal. Staff is generally welcoming and friendly. It's not a bad store if you don't mind the extra cost. read more

I have been a customer at Kroger in Cleburne for 20 plus years. I am recently noticing some associates being unfriendly and at times rude to the customers. We've been faithfully shopping at this market for almost three years. The quality of the merchandise has gone way down as of lately and Management don't seem to care. Kroger sells you fruit and veggies that are already going bad and the shelves are empty a lot of times. We've been overcharged a lot of times and when you bring it to their attention, they don't even apologize for the mistake. We're going to go ahead and start shopping across the street at the Super Walmart where the selection of fruit and vegetables is greater and fresher. read more

So...needed to pop up to this Kroger location to pick up a few items, after I got off my late shift at my job. This store keeps later hours (thankfully) and is pretty convenient for me in location. Now, when I was ready to check out, there was a very long line and only ONE cash register open! One. Kroger, c'mon now! You need two closing cashiers (especially on weekends), so your customers can easily and fluidly get through the checkout line. This is...disappointing! Also, the older gentleman who works the closing shift, give that dude a raise! He is such a good and hard worker and hold down the whole front end by himself. He deserves a raise. read more

Love the pharmacy & everything else for the most part, however, the express lane cashier, Ginger, has to be the loudest, rudest & most hateful employee there. She has been so rude to me that I avoid her line at any cost. Yesterday she was telling a customer in her line something about the card device. The customer couldn't understand what she was saying & she slung it around & pushed some button then flipped it back to her & made some smart remark. I felt so bad for the customer because I know how humiliating it feels! read more

This is the worst Kroger I've ever been to. Had a list of 7 items - they only had 3 of them, got to the front and 3 lanes were open. The lane I was in had 16 people in line. The other 2 lanes almost as long. Left my buggy and left the store. Probably won't ever try this location again as this was my first visit. read more

Ancient Kroger building. Cashiers are friendly, but store manager is a colossal jerk. He cusses at his employees and when someone from my wife's school went to speak to him about possibly hiring some special needs high school students through their co-op, he basically told he he didn't feel like messing with that. I won't be back unless they get better management. read more

Ordered diapers using coupons and my first time pickup coupon and was informed my order had to be cancelled due to items being free?? Isn't that the point of couponing? If it wasn't allowed why would it let me use the coupons in the first place? Still paid a decent amount for diapers. read more

I ordered online and paid $121.85---so many substitutions and never got a receipt. Have items missing.....my order doesn't show up on my account. Impossible to get any resolution.....all I want is a receipt to show what I'm paying for. Was put on hold for over 40 minutes when I finally go through to customer service---finally hung up---called the store--the phone rings and rings.....you took my money and I don't even get a receipt.....shame on you! read more
