When we visit family in Dallas we usually have an Air B&B so I stop by here to get supplies. I am surprised that they will have items out that are out of date still for sale in the produce area so read the labels. Overall the selection is very nice and the staff is wonderful. My son has become friends with many in the meat department and seafood department. They always have great recommendations for the daily specials. read more

Ah man. My most recent experience was with Pickup. So I used the Kroger ap and everything went easy enough even though some items weren't available. Fair enough. However, the associate who brought my order out complete did NOT care. I noticed my graduation cupcakes were on their side and had spilled/ruined the icing, but he didn't acknowledge. I ended up having to submit a refund through the ap for the damaged cupcakes, but I still needed nice cupcakes! Disappointing. This is the second time I've ordered a cake/cupcakes and they were on their side which ruined their appearance. Actually the last time I ordered an ice cream cake from the Saginaw location for my husbands birthday. It had melted everywhere and made a huge mess. Word of advice is don't order cakes for pick up because they don't handle them with care :( read more

Nice store! Big with lots of coffee, flowers and a great deli and cheese section. Bread was all on sale here. The bread I usually get was like $7-8 bucks. I got a different loaf 1.99 Enjoyed seeing all the beautiful spring flowers and the new display from Lisa vanderpump. LVP actually had some specialty flowers mixed in her bouquet choices. Lots of neat stuff in this Kroger. I enjoyed shopping around. read more

When I visit this Kroger, it is usually for something quick or to visit the pharmacy. I decided on a fruit bowl and found the perfect one at Kroger, it was very fresh and there was enough of each fruit to go around. It is something, I'll get again. Customer Service Counter: The ladies at the counter are always pleasant to work with, I never have any issues with the level of customer service they provide. Pharmacy: I use them as my local pharmacy, they're always efficient and move expeditiously. Sometimes, the drive-thru can get backed up, but that's to be expected right after work hours. If anything, I'd suggest, that those with questions/issues with their script, be told to come in. My last visit was a bit longer than usual, there was someone at their window for over 15. They were asking questions that required price lookups and comparisons, which isn't something for the drive-thru window. Overall, I like this local Kroger for what I use it for. Also, saving .10 cents on gas always pays off, as well! read more

The of Euless and Kroger Inc. have a decision to make. Since the closing of Albertsons across the corner prices at Kroger have gone up at least 10%. And it seems. The staffing levels have gone down, which doesn't make sense.. I've been there three times since the closing of and the secondary door, which is by the exit and most of the handicap parking has been matter middle of the night went in on a weekend evening not one was in the store the two people I talk to I had to interrupt them on the phone and I said was "ya right" at self checkout the Kroger person was just staring into the distance while two people were waiting for assistance and half of the checkout what's closed?. so, we can let it become a "" ghetto Kroger", they could employ the correct staff to move customers secure the store or if they want to improve SE Euless and maintain community standards, they could move into the which is much larger and more modern. read more

This Kroger is like a a tale of two stores. The production grocery area is nice, modern, well stocked and has a nice selection of fresh products at a decent price. The dry grocery area on the other hand, is like a 1990s grocery that's never been renovated. Dirty, poorly stocked, dated and an overall awful layout. While I did find what I was looking for, the quality was lower than what's offered by their competitor across the street has. Multiple self check out machines were also down and staff was not helpful in resolving the backup. read more

As far as Krogers goes this one is ok. I've been staying nearby for business for a few weeks and come here for some staples. The grocery carts are kind of a crapshoot, some have the brakes engaged, some kind of roll straight, the smaller more efficient carts seem incredibly hard to find. I like those but good luck finding one. The store layout is like any grocery store. Healthyish items around the perimeter, less so in the middle. I found the times I was there seemed to be in restocking mode. Lots of boxes in the aisles, many employees or contractors stocking shelves making it hard to move about the store. I didn't find some things I wanted to buy as a result. Checkout was awkward as I chose self checkout and an employee was trying to clock in. No offense to her, but she was having trouble as such the self checkout process was longer. I get it, but this Kroger seemed lacking in several areas. read more

Worst kroger I been to machines are always not working only one line open at times even when busy and they change shit around for no reason and call it a grand opening, When I first moved here it was the best and now 2 years later it feels like a wal mart expect higher prices. If you know what that means avoid this store prices are so high now too due to inflation but this store hides their prices behind digital coupons and tricky signage. I wont ever set foot here unless its and emergency from now on. I would rather go to albertsons they are way better you pay a premium but the place is actually nice to shop at and has some good deals. I usually enjoy getting food from the deli, but today I witnessed a deli worker shredding rotisserie chicken and funneling it into her mouth and licking it off the glove. I was checking out and was in line behind two people and was waiting for five minutes in this checkout line when the clerk told me (after waiting five minutes) that she was closing at six p.m. and she would not be able to help me and told me to go to either the next line with a checker or a self-check out line. This was after work on a Monday and they only had two checkers and when six pm came, they only had one checker. The woman who was directly in front of me told the clerk it wasn't fair to tell everyone behind her to go to another line after they've been in line for five minutes. The clerk, she said, should've just shut her light off and closed the lane to new customers. I then went to a self-check out, waiting for five minutes, and then pulled up to a terminal and was ready to scan, and I saw the screen was black. I asked the self-check out worker if it was broken and she said yes. I asked why they didn't have a sign saying it wasn't working. Her reply, "I don't have anything to write on." For goodness sakes, she was standing next to the customer service desk. Sheer stupidity. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Kroger has pathetic customer service. read more

During CORONAVIRUS MANIA 2020 this place has a 3 day lead time on pickup as of 3/20/2020. I was a former Arlington/Fielder patron, and when I found this one I was so thankful. The vegetable selection was much more complex. Many great offerings that Fielder just didn't have. The store was set up a bit better, albeit seemingly smaller in Sq. Feet. Another thing about this store, as all Kroger's go, they are very great about inclusive hiring. This is prominent here, and the staff are some characters. Stephen is a cool guy. The younger folks are funny. Most recently, when they were exceptionally busy on a Thursday (pre Armageddon) I listened to one kid go on a very unprofessional rant about how "management is garbage" and they "just come to work, put in the 8 and go home because the place is going down" but that can happen when you deal with a teen workforce. I LOVE the points! Get the app, it is worth it. You save a ton, and get some great gasoline benefits. Also, During CoronaGeddon, do pickup. It's a decent bet to not have to deal with deep, dry coughing folks. read more

The worst Customer Service I've had to deal with in a long time. The money center opens at 8 yet I waited 15 minutes and not one person came over to the money center to assist me. I had to approach two different employees and ask if anyone was working this area or when I would be able to get a money order to which an employee Nora told me that although the money center opens at eight, the lady who runs it had to go to the fuel center and she'll be back. I asked her if she'd be back within five minutes and Nora said she would meanwhile two other people come and got in line and no one comes over to help us. I approach another cashier and ask her if someone can please assist us to which, then she pages Customer Service, and no one comes. I'll definitely go to Albertsons from now on. read more

I'd give no stars if I could. I hate going to this location but I live close by and will go if I have to make a quick trip for a few things. The entrance area where the carts are located ( if you are lucky there are carts there - rarity) is f FILTHY. The Carpet is stained, the area has litter and trash on the floor and the few carts are stuck together for eternity and almost all will have trash inside them. NEVER cart wipes. The store today as usual was dirty, there was only one check out with cashier with a line. I went through the self Checklut which I don't like doing when I have produce. Often the produce isn't in the system correctly so you have to wait to the assistant. Today, there were lots of large flies in the self checkout area. gross.. it wouldn't be a bad store if it was CLEANER. Get rid of stained carpet, clean the entrance area, clean the trash out of the carts. Resupply the cart wipes as the carts are gross. ugh. not my first choice. Does a manager ever walk around and see these things ? read more

I moved out of Euless almost 4 years ago yet I always come back to this Kroger. Maybe it is nostalgia, the employees or the fact It has a gas station, I always end up here for my grocery shopping needs. The people who work here are very knowledgeable in where their items are located. When you have a question they do not hesitate in giving you the right info to find your extra spicy salsa. Or whatever it is you are looking for. I love the fact that the cashiers for the most part banter well with the customers. Although their math skills might lack at times, they are generally great people. I always get a kick out of the deli. Start talking about Boar's Head cheese and lunch meat and you will be educated and entertained at the same time. Same goes with the seafood section, the people here know their stuff. Whenever I come here it is always a mini adventure and always a pleasant experience. You really do get good service and great prices at this location. read more

We have shopped here for 7 years but I can no longer recommend it. I placed a pickup order earlier, received confirmation and reminder emails, & went to pick up my order at the appointed time. It had inexplicably been cancelled. Not by me! But by someone at Kroger. No one was at ClickList at 8:20pm, despite the pickup window being 8-9pm. No one called, texted, or emailed me that my order was cancelled. I then had to spend 2 hours shopping with my 7 year old, because the food items were time-sensitive (their suggestion to "just place another order tomorrow" wasn't helpful). I'm in a great deal of physical pain this week... the whole reason for the pickup order in the first place! By the end, my husband had to drive up to the store to help me push the carts and load stuff. It was an unnecessary ordeal. The manager felt bad and gave a small discount, but no one really seemed to own that this is a huge issue. The customer "service" is lacking. No one in charge of the pickup area, when you call the # through the app you just get an automated answer, no real person. Sorry Kroger, just spent a final $400 tonight, but you've lost my business. read more

It's currently 10am and I parked at 9:20 for my grocery pick up. This was my first and last time using this service at this store. I have 2 children under 3 so it's difficult to go in and out of stores, hence the reason I do pick up. This store took 40 minutes to bring my things so I had to take the kids out of the car and go inside to find out what was going on since no one answers the phone. They said "I don't know what's going on. I haven't even seen *name.* Just one of those days." What??? Just one of those days? They couldn't care less. Finally, I ran out when I saw the pick up worker with the cart in the parking lot. I said, "wait!" And he had the BIGGEST attitude. He was ANNOYED with me because I wasn't at my car when he decided to come out as if I wasn't carrying around my children looking for him! Outrageous! No greeting! No apologies! Nothing! There aren't a lot of grocery stores in Euless, so for years I felt pretty lucky that we had a store as good as Kroger was. Then came the remodel. The store got bigger, Euless got a huge influx of people but Kroger didn't seem to increase the number of employees. They set up one set of self check out stations and set up another set shortly after. Then they stopped bagging groceries at every cashier. Then they started cutting back on cashiers. Now like so many cheaper stores, they are pushing you to self check your groceries. The last time I was inside the store there were no less than 8 people waiting at each self checkout, AND at the ONE cashier. I'll never go back. I'll gladly pay an xtra 30% and shop across the street. read more

The management has instilled a perfect sense of lack of urgency in nearly every cashier. There is no sense of value for the customer. While waiting in a line 3 deep, it took two calls for help over the PA for cashier assistance and 20 minutes for someone to respond. My line didn't move and neither did the only other one open. Employees where casually working and chatting up each other and those fortunate customers at the head of the line. This is a normal experience every day at this store. Point of fact, a manager never even made an appearance at the front to help out. I'm taking my business across the street and give them a try. read more
