They give u a 10 minute grace period for being late, but if u're later than 10 minutes, they recommend that u cancel and make a new appointment. Lucky for me, i didn't get a ticket driving there! Everyone there is super nice and professional. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be serviced, but it was expected since I was late. I really like this office cuz I can get my labs drawn right in the same office and not have to go somewhere else! The phlebotomist was awesome as well! He was able to get my blood with just 1 poke! Wait times for appointments in this department are short. Beware seniors! Be ready for confusion and misstatements. Also be prepared for long wait times for lab work.
