It's creamy and not too sweet (compared to all the overly sweet drinks in Utah). The iced coffee (4/5 stars for Seattle, 5/5 stars in Utah) is better than the three or four other coffees we have tried in Utah. It's honestly comparable in quality to Starbucks - and there were 5-8 different coffee beans to choose from. It was brewed to-order, self-service, and cheap.
