It took 14 minutes between ordering and getting my burger, and during that time period, I did not see any other food be served (aside from 4 shakes). Unfortunately, my burger was made with mayo (but my receipt said no mayonnaise) so I waited for them to remake it. Somehow five minutes later I got served a cold burger? I was disappointed that the onions were battered, not breaded, but that is personal preference, so no judgement. The kid's size moose tracks shake was good and very smooth (again, that's preference - some people prefer chunky shakes). read more

Late night, needed to feed a big group. Called ahead and was told they were still open and we could come in. Got there and was first told we could come in and sit but the lobby was closings. Then told due to staffing they could accommodate our group and that we no longer could come in a they were closed. read more

Food chicken nuggets great hamburgers were okay two stars for the food. The service was good. We walked in and it really good and clean. Also the bathroom was clean. It was a little bit expensive for what it was (: , read more

My husband is a local and has gone to Rocky's since his Highschool years (30years ago) And when we moved back to the Basin- it was "the" place he wanted to take me for nostalgia reasons. Visit 1- the food order was wrong, my burger was cold- sent it back and my husband was finished with his meal by the time mine came back out. Visit 2- both our orders were Completely wrong and my hamburger was still Totally pink inside (management gave us a $10 gift card for our troubles.) Visit 3 and final strike out- we went through the drive through JUST for 2 milkshakes, an hour before their closing time. No other cars in line- no customers inside. 3 teenagers working and it took almost 20 mins to get TWO MILKSHAKES. The 3 "worker" kids stood in front of the drive through window staring at phones and playing the grab @ss/flirting game. The milkshakes were ridiculously bad- about 1 total spoonful of cookie dough at the very bottom of a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. We Will Not be wasting anymore money there- and all the nostalgia memories atleast had good food but that's long gone. read more

Cashier was friendly and the food came out relatively fast. The ambiance is similar to that of a fast food place. Food: - Ordered the 2 Piece Chicken Lunch. The price is great for the amount of food ($6.54). However I did not really like the food. The chicken had good flavor but the fried part needed to be improved. Mash potato tasted similar to the box type. I also ordered the banana walnut milkshake kids size and the portion was big. The shake was tasty as they used real walnuts and banana. If you are looking for a fast food place that is low cost then this would be it :). read more

Need to improve Speed. Plan to sit in the drive thru for at least 45 minutes. Totally outrageous. Food is decent but not an hours wait worth. read more

Stopped in for lunch, and staff was friendly, food came out pretty quickly, and it was delicious. I got the Jalapeño burger, with onion rings and a banana shake. Burger was good, the bun was super fresh and good flavor. Banana shake was REALLY good. Onion rings were very tasty, I should have gotten the large. Will definitely come back here when I'm in town. read more

Rockys Place - Dining room and counter. - American Near Me - Roosevelt, Utah

I ordered a cheeseburger and it was terrible: the cheese was burnt, I asked for light mayo and they decided no mayo. I asked for onions and they literally put 1 tiny circle cut of an onion in the middle of the burger. I asked for it to be remade and it came out burnt and dry. You couldn't pay me to come back to this terrible place. I should have just went to Burger King!! Do not waste your time coming here, you will be disappointed. I ended up just throwing the burger away!! read more

This place used to be a local favorite the shakes are still great the food is mediocre cold most of the time and the service is the worst and expect very long wait even on small orders and the dining room is always dirty. read more

Firstly I had ordered a Double old timer with ketchup and pickles only and they had put everything on it, so I took it in and told them they got my order wrong. Came back out to my car looked inside my burger and it looked like they had rinsed the burger patty with water leaving a little bit of everything's residue behind I thought that was absolutely gross and disgusting how could you get my burger wrong once and have the audacity to keep the same patty, cheese and buns? Not only that but rinse it in tap water put it back together and give it to me. I wont be eating here ever again. read more

I hate McDonalds but in this case, skip and go to McDonalds. I did appreciate the napkins.

Service was slow i wouldn't blame it on customer service staffing is low foods good the shakes are really good service is okay

I love the fresh and juicy fried chicken from this place. It's THE BEST in the region plus the price is ridiculously cheaper to compare with the other famous fast food restaurants. Only in this town you will find this amazing fried chicken! The salad is fresh. No wonder the drive thru always busy every time I went there. But that is the price for getting delicious fresh juicy crunchy deep fried chicken! The service is good! Oh, almost forgot, the vanilla banana milkshake is amazing! Really recommended! read more

Ordered two swirl cones and a milkshake. Watched the girls make several shakes without washing hands between taking money, touching themselves and taking orders (and money). They placed the ice cream cones without napkins or cone paper/wrappers onto the counter instead of handing them to me; where I could clearly see it had not been cleaned. I asked that they be remade and watched them discuss me and pass the cone to 3 different girls before they handed it to me. Needless to say I didn't eat it! I also watched the boy in the back scratch his forehead and adjust his face mask then continued making food. The employees need retrained; Or at least an updated food handler course!!! read more

if you're going to charge $15 for a shrimp basket then maybe you should be cleaning them. 8/10 of them had a poop vein still in them will not be back for the food. Ice cream was good though. read more

If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. The food was dry over cooked. Over priced. Hey on a good note. The restaurant was clean and bright. read more

I enjoy the food for the most part but every time I come here it doesn't matter what you order you still end up waiting forever and it's just a whole bunch of kids that don't wanna work here. Truly crazy I've never been inside but I get tired of waiting in this drive through the line it makes no sense at all. If you don't want to work here I suggest you get another job this place could do a lot better. read more

If you like to gamble, this is your place. Seems to be good during the day but inedible at night. Last time I came here the fries had so much salt they had to be thrown out. Tonight my taco was so greasy it was tossed. $7 for a taco is rough, especially when it's bad. I just feel like the only thing consistent here, is something will be messed up. I was the second vehicle and it took 30 minutes for a taco and my sons fried chicken. read more

Oh man, Rocky's has thee best milkshakes EVER! Try the Cherry Chocolate Cordial, the Caramel Cashew or the Cherry Pie! Actually there are a lot of flavors we haven't tried yet and can't wait for their seasonal summer fruit shakes, oh ya!!! I tried the least expensive burger once and it was awful but the milkshakes keep us coming back After you've eaten dinner, swing by, go through the drive in window and grab yourself a shake that'll make your night! read more

Ice cream! Oh, plus burgers, fish n chips, hot dogs, and chicken in multiple ways (chicken dinners, chicken sandwiches, chicken tacos, nuggets, strips, etc). I've been a few times, mostly for the yummy shakes and ice cream sundaes. They offer a wide variety of mix-in ingredients so you can create your favorite frozen combo. My niece had a burger she said was pretty good. I had a chicken fajita burrito which was more of a shredded chicken/cheese/salsa mixture wrapped in a large flour tortilla and pretty tasty, just like the onion rings we shared. All in all, a good place to go for a simple meal. No complaints. read more

First time coming in. I really enjoyed my burger and cherry pie shake! The customer service was great and I appreciated there patience while card declined. The decor on the inside was a little bland and could use some color. read more

It's hit and miss. The food is amazing when they do it right. I go in all the time and half the time it's messed up.

Ordered a tall cookie dough shake, but was only ice cream. Went back to see if they would make me a new one with cookie dough and they said no. They gave me a little cup of cookie dough and told me to mix it myself! Haha yikes read more

I really want to like the local eateries. I've certainly eaten worse than Rocky's. I don't think I have ever seen the owners at the restaurant. I think if they saw what I saw they would nod their heads in agreement that the uniform shirts are uniformly worn out and stained. The service was fine not perfect but fine. The shakes are definitely the best part about Rocky's with the tater logs next. I got two chicken strips and they definitely looked frozen. I hate to compare but Round Robin's chicken is clearly fresh not factory produced. There is a lot of potential here. I know I'm not the only one who wants a locally owned eatery that is amazing. read more

Food is made fresh, try the Adam Burger if you're an "everything on it" person. I love the special seasoning on their fries and the shakes are great too, real ice cream. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!! The service was slow and rude. It took 20 minutes for fries. Just fries. The ridiculous children working there ignored us after giving us our drink for 15 minutes before throwing out a half full bag of old fries and slamming the window, no words said. To be treated this way and to have their garbage thrown at me I paid $6. For a soda and some French fries. I will make sure I tell everyone I know how horrible this place was, all of it: the food was terrible, it was beyond slow for no customers at all (surprise), expensive, and the worst service I have EVER had at a fast food restaurant. If you value your dollar and your dignity, pick a different burger location. read more

Rocky's (formerly Chicken Time until it burned down) has a reputation in the area for 4 things: Slow service, expensive, extremely young employees and the only place in the area to get a shake. It is that last thing that keeps the place going as the food, while sometimes good, just doesn't warrant the high prices ($5 quarter-pounder, $3 sides, $2 drinks). But the real problem is the staff of young kids that they employ that just aren't up to the task of running an eatery without supervision. This means you can wait 30 minutes for your food (even if you are just ordering ice cream products) and the quality of that food will be so-so. The ice cream is normally average tasting but the mix-ins are sometimes old, stale and sometimes inedible (rancid peanuts, icky tasting cookies and candies). read more

It takes a while to get your food here, but the fries are always hot so it's worth it in my book. Soft serve ice cream cones are delish amd cheap, and they can get real fancy with their shakes. read more

We went through the drive thru and it took quite awhile to get our food but it came out fresh and hot. The fries were delicious and the hamburgers were good. My husband loves chocolate soft serve ice cream cones and they were good here. We would come here again read more

Mediocre food. Okay shakes. But it's the employees that just make it all so special. They'd rather text and take 45 minutes to make a basic order...and then get it wrong. My father in law recently got stuck in the drive thru line for almost an hour, too. I'm guessing if they had any competition they'd be run out of town. Probably not high hygiene standards either. GET OFF OF YOUR PHONES! read more

For the area, the food is good. Not great. The timing of the drive through is the WORST! It takes forever to get your order.

Great burgers! Fresh ingredients and very satisfying. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid burger place

This is a great stop and go type restaurant. It has a lot of offerings at a very reasonable price. The food is good. This is fast food. If you are looking for fancy, this isn't the place. It does take a little while to get your food. Because it all appears to be made to order. I didn't mind the wait as the staff was very nice and engaging. The Shakes are made from scratch, which I really enjoy. I got the Foot long Hot Dog. It was cooked on the grill perfectly and they put mustard and relish on one side of the Hot Dog and Ketchup on the other. I also got the Tater Logs. Those take a bit to cook. Overall, when I am in Roosevelt, I will be back!! read more

There are a bunch of kids working here and there was zero professionalism. The person who took our order had no idea what the place served. They forgot half of our order and the double cheeseburger was reminiscent of a McDonald's burger. The tacos were more like taco ingredients thrown into a bag. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here. read more

The food is medocre... the price is ridiculously long, and the wait if even More horrendous..... its ran by teenagers and careless ppl.... worst eatery in town hands down. read more

The shakes here I really good especially those with fresh fruit. It's worth the extra $.50. The fries came warm with a nice seasoning to them. I always eat my fries first while they're still warm. The burger was average at best. I probably wouldn't come back for the old-timer burger. read more

In Roosevelt for a seminar and did not have much time. Stopped at Rocks Place for a burger and fries. Disgusting grey burger that was inedible and fries that were way too salty. I despise McDonalds which is next door but I would say McDonald's is gourmet fair in comparison. read more
