My family and I don't live close so going to Krispy Kreme is a treat, not only was the staff EXTREMELY rude and dismissive but they also made everyone wait over 20 minutes JUST to tell us they were closed. I would never recommend such a terrible establishment! If zero stars were a option i would give it read more

Came to this location on Saint Patties day looking for the green donuts. This is the only location near by to me. I was unfamiliar with pricing for half dozen / dozen etc. Worker tells me I can choose " any donuts" for 9.99. Found out that's incorrect when I went to pay. Only the glazed are 9.99 a dozen. The girl that checked me out had a HORRIBLE attitude. I said " good morning ". She literally stared at me. If they are going to hire people to work with the public, they should AT LEAST crack a smile ( even if it's fake ). If you just need a fix, this location will do, but the customer service this day was a no go. read more

I don't think that I know anyone who doesn't love Krispy Kreme donuts!! On my way to work this morning, I decided to stop by really quickly since I took a different route to work and saw the hot light on. I went through the drive-thru because my order was going to be simple. The woman could not hear me at all at the drive-thru so she told me to pull forward to the window. I only got 1 doughnut and a small ice coffee. The glazed doughnut literally melted in my mouth. It was truly so perfect. The hot doughnut with the cool ice coffee was really good. They put just enough cream and sugar in the coffee because I did not have to ask for extra. Of course I'll visit again! read more

You know all the hype? It's true. It's a hot glazed donut that is so light, and so tender your brain goes stupid and demands that you eat 2 more. Right then and there. They have a full array of donut selections- but before you go all adventurous, and forget why you are there - go hot glazed. Sit at a table and contemplate that. The donuts here are always so good and there's never a long line. Chiquita has great customer service, she first asked about our interest in the dozen donuts and then let us know the cake batter donuts were available and delicious. We ordered three glazed and one cake batter. Left happy customers. It's nice when employees are accommodating, friendly, and personable especially during this crazy time with covid19 (Chiquita took all proper precautions wearing gloves etc). I'll be filling out the receipt survey also with five stars for Chiquita and this Krispy Kreme location. read more

We arrived at 10pm and there was already a lined formed at the drive thru. We ordered the new Oreo donuts - Glazed Donut and Over the Top. We also brought up that my boyfriend and I were both vaccinated, so they gave two free original glazed donuts. The glazed donuts were so warm and soft. We ate them in two bites. The Glazed donut had Oreo cookie on top and a frosted filling in the center. It was pretty good, but the donut was little less soft than their original glazed. The Over the Top donut was SO GOOD. It was a real gigantic Oreo cookie placed over the top of the donut with the creme filling to hold it in place. If you're headed to Krispy Kreme, try out the Over the Top. read more

If I was given a last meal before I die, I would probably chose this place and eat one of everything here, especially if the HOT red glowing neon sign is lit. Simply stated, there may be better donuts out there, but I have not had them and for me, this is the best I will ever need as I can't imagine anyone making anything better than the hot fresh glazed donuts hand picked off the assembly line and delivered to me at the counter top. Mmmmm....mmmmmm....good! read more

Who reviews a Krispy Kreme donut shop, right? I had to do it. Here's why. The grand opening was an event and 2 dozen Krispy Kreme donuts for free is yes, exciting. For my taste, their donuts are too sweet but I need to avoid sugar (diabetic). So, I will take everyone else's word for it and give them a high score for the donuts. My major reason for writing this is their foray into bagels. I got an everything bagel and it was a small bread like item. The chewiness and taste of a bagel just wasn't there. It was more of an everything roll than an everything bagel. Thanks for trying, Krispy Kreme. It would be nice to have something I can eat too when the family goes there. However, I'll settle for just coffee. A 4 for the donuts and a 2 for the bagel. Average of 3. read more

This location has the rudest staff and they're never able to accommodate orders. I've gone there 4 times in the past 2 months and every time there's a reason they can't take orders. Two times they said they had no donuts until a truck came. Another time nobody was even at the store (mind you they're open 24hrs). And now today they said their system is frozen and can't cash anyone's order or take credit card payment. Don't waste your time driving to this location. read more

Only place you can go at this time and get a cheap donut. 9pm. Ask for them to serve them fresh cuz they let them sit there for a while and can be stale. The service was fine. Late munchies and got a sweet tooth and halfway broke...then go here. read more

So their milk is just out in the open, so when I opened it to drink it was lukewarm (which isn't safe to drink). I asked for a replacement and the nice woman at the counter gave it to me, but the manager came screaming at me two minutes later that I opened it and next time I can't open it. I'm sorry but I didn't know it wasn't cold until I drank it? Rude manager, bad customer service. Won't be back to this location again. If I had gotten sick from bad milk, I think she wouldn't be screaming at me but they put the other milk I had back so someone else is gonna get warm milk. read more

Definitely a sometime type of place. Soooometimes they really have hot nowadays when the hot now sign is on (btw that sign is always on, I think it's just to draw people in) Sooooooometimes they are completely out of everything Sooooometimes they got the custard filled, chocolate iced. Sooooometimes they got nothing but attitude and free smells. Man I just want some glazed donuts, why do I feel like I'm in a casino every time I come by? Because it's a darn gamble every time I come around whether or not I'ma get some hot now! read more

Good doughnuts but scattered service. They seem to have a problem keeping orders straight. Instead of taking doughnuts of the line they take them from one customers box and move them to another. Crazy inefficiency. And no offer of a fresh hot doughnut as they come of the belt. Every other KK I've been to always offers a free glazed when they are cooking fresh. read more

Dangerously delicious donuts! I've never been inside a KK to order donuts before, but now that I've seen the set up, I know why this is a popular donut spot. I ordered a dozen donuts and all I wanted were hot glazed donuts. However, my husband suggested a mix. Well, I ordered 2 glazed anyway and the KK employee offered to drop two fresh ones for me. I devoured those on the car among with the hot coffee I ordered. I wondered why she didn't my coffee as sweet as I would have liked. But when you eat 2 hot glazed donuts that melt in your mouth, you don't need anything else sweet. I was on sugar overload. Later, I had one of the glazed kruellers and I didn't care for it. Thankfully, the hot donuts I inhaled earlier more than made up for the variety. read more

I feel Krispy Kreme should number their doughnuts because my order has been wrong 3 out of the 4 times I have come to this location. However, the staff is really nice and Krispy Kreme is Krispy Kreme. So the doughnuts always taste amazing. read more

Good doughnuts, not always good coffee and not always accurate service. When you order an iced coffee they ask you if you want it hot or cold?!?!? Yes, I would like a hot iced coffee with flaming ice cubes. Whatever...you have to order at the box and then order again at the window. Brilliant! Anyway, skip the drinks and just get some doughnuts. 1 star for service and 5 stars for yummy doughnuts. read more

Going through the drive though was an incredibly painful experience. First, they were out of cream filled donuts, they were very rude (when I turned away for one moment to open the box of donuts to check the order the lady at the window yelled "excuse me!" To get my attention back - yes, I know you had a coffee - give me a half a second! then it took 20 minutes to actually get the order. Will never come here again. I noticed the red light was on on my way to work and I decided to treat my office to a nice box of fresh donuts so i pulled up to the drive through speaker and there was only car in front of me. I waited three minutes for the car to pull off and once I went up to the window the cashier took my payment and said she'll be back. I waited over 5 minutes and she was a no show, all the while there were two male employees standing 5 feet away from the window talking and walking back and forth. Trying to get there attention at the window I was waiting my hands and still no acknowledgement until the female cashier came back to the window baffled and apologized for the wait. So she was upset also as she told her male co workers to hand me the box of donuts that was placed at the window counter. I checked that the donuts were hot and fresh and they were warm. This experience was horrible, it made me late for work and I would never come back to this location again. read more

Stop by there this morning 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. No speaker you drive to the window to order sat there 10 mjnutes the line never moved! The inside is closed of coarse, you would think they could get people in out sooner with no inside service! On top of that they no longer have sour cream donuts!! That was my 3rd and final visit yo that location!! read more

Employees are usually Great .The transition from the order panel to the window has been slow .I stop in around 7:10 before heading to work .Had one car in front of me today and took 30 minutes .Stopped in the following day to order a latte and the latte machine was broken .The lady on the intercom rushed me to order .I was displeased a second day in a row .Will be stopping at the Dunkin' Donuts location on commercial now. read more

Went here last night at 12:05 am. I had a coupon from the app for B1G1F dozen donuts so I went out of my way to go there. I also wanted a bag of coffee beans. They first told me they were out of regular beans. I then ordered the 2 dozen donuts, when I got to the window, I was told they could only accept cash and could not give me the app special because the system was down, which happens for 10-15 minutes at certain times. I drive off, why are you open at all if you can't serve your customers. If the system has to go down for a purpose, why don't you have a process in place to still serve people during that time. My round trip cost me 40 minutes of time I could have been sleeping. Not happy, Won't go back to this location. read more

Was excited about the famous warm Krissy Kreme donut experience. First visit drive thru : only cold doughnut avail not fresh:( Second visit St pattys day ... seen the drive-through line full of cars early in the morning so I said for sure I will get my warm donut today. I ordered and thank God I open the box they snuck in the green ones and no original glazed doughnut.She proceeded to tell me they were not available they only made green and said here have another . I said no that is not the point !! When I asked for my money back she magically appeared with two. Wow crappy service trying to dump off the green supply and making up stories they only made green ones . May call the manager on this . read more

This chain seems to be going downhill. We don't go often but each time seems to drop from the one before. When they first opened the donuts were really good. They've always been a bit too sweet for my taste, but that's just a personal thing. Other than that, the flavors were good and they were always fresh. We went yesterday to try out their new fall flavors, the pumpkin spice and pumpkin cheesecake. I generally love anything with pumpkin. The pumpkin spice was disappointing. While the spice part was there, the pumpkin was pretty vague. The other issue was that it was really dry. It really needed to be dunked to give it some moisture and I'm not a dunker. The "pumpkin cheesecake" was beyond disappointing. It took several bites of an ordinary raised doughnut to even find the filling. When I finally did, it was terrible. There was a slight cream cheese flavor, but it overwhelmingly tasted like chemicals and bitter spices. We did have a couple of traditional glazed, which were fine. So if you want the regular flavors, you're probably okay, but I would never get close to those pumpkin selections again. read more

Called before hand to make sure they were open at 2am didn't get anyone on the phone however their voicemail message stated they were open 24 hours and that there birthday was only a couple days ago so I figured they would be open 24 hours (Google maps said the same thing). I drove about 25 mins to get there and they are closed with a note on the window stating their new hours. Would have been nice to know before I drove out of the way to get there. I understand COVID but update your hours as they change so I don't have to go there to know your closed -.- read more

Krispy Kreme is the Bomb. I'm from NYC and we don't have Krispy Kreme in our area, I found this hot & fresh location driving by, I immediately knew to grab a fresh dozen, I did not regret it. The doughnuts are hot a fresh out of the oven, they have many donut options for you to choose from. Make sure to order their special donuts of the day. Take a dozen home. read more

I love Krispy Kreme! And it's even more amazing when it's hot and fresh. I am from Hawaii and I could only get these delicious doughnuts if I took a trip to another island (Maui). And of course Florida. I wish they had one on the island I live in but then again I might end up with diabetes lol. Anyways, the reason for the 2 star is because my recent visit we went through the drive thru. Ordered some hot chocolate and the lady came out with a cup that was over spilling and literally handed it to us. It was SPILLING everywhere. And she expected us to take it. We asked for a new one and she told us "oh I thought you would just drink it and it'll go down." Wtf?!? You literally thought we would put a cup that's all sticky and spilling all over the place in the car?! She looked at us annoyed. But I'm sure she never even made a new hot chocolate for us and just dumped whatever was left in the cup to another cup. She could have atlease apologize! read more

My friend was able to order our drinks on the app so we only had a short wait when we arrived. I chose a Irish cream frozen coffee with cinnamon sprinkles and a caramel drizzle. I like that you can even customize the percentage of sweetness. In this heat, a frozen coffee from Cali is the perfect way to caffeinate this summer.

My fiancee seemed content with their flavors and she didn't yell at me. So based on this, I would assume Calusa Coffee has some decent coffees. Please try this place and see if you enjoyed it as much as my fiancee. The location is a bit weird to enter and exit so be careful driving in and out. They offer limited parking so bring plenty of patience with you when visiting!
