So it was my birthday... Krispy Kreme is free birthday doughnuts. We were driving back up from Miami and I knew we would pass a Krispy Kreme in Deerfield. We don't have one in West Palm Beach as all my foodie friends very well now. I couldn't sign up for the app successfully so I thought I would be disappointed and I wouldn't get my free birthday doughnut. I know we could've bought them, but it was all about the magic of a free donut on my birthday from my favorite donut place. In my opinion, nothing compares to a hot fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut. I basically hate all other donuts. They're always so subpar except a couple of Mom and pop shops that have left an impression on my heart over the years. (see my review of Tat-o-nut in Ocean Springs, Mississippi ). Anyway, instead of getting one free donut, I got six free donuts that's what kindness and being a nice person will get you sometimes. Krispy Kreme made my day. My birthday! Another review giving it to you, Straight no chaser from the hungry Poet (no poem today guys. Kinda sad. ) -Enjoy! read more

My experience here was so-so. We were staying in a hotel nearby and I was excited to see that they had the hot sign on at several points throughout the day. The first time I visited (around 10pm) they said that their coffee machine was off for cleaning... The next I stopped by was because their hot sign was on. I grabbed two glazed donuts and their specialty "caramel vanilla" iced latte. I ordered it with oat milk and it was just okay. It tasted watered down and all of the caramel was sitting at the bottom of the drink. Slightly disappointing experience, but the donuts were good of course! read more

Hadn't been here in years. I had a fundraiser certificate from 2018 and wanted to see if they'd still accept it. They did. I was happy because a dozen glazed donuts are about 17 bucks now. That certificate was $10. I was served by Marta. She was super sweet. Received my order quickly. The donuts were hot, fresh and still melt in your mouth just like I remembered. Pretty empty inside. Not a lot of foot traffic. Most ppl go through the drive thru. Plenty of parking. read more

That whiff of fresh baked goods upon removing the KK seal and opening the box, finding an assortment of decorated treats that melt in your mouth. Can't stop after inhaling only one. Associate was polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The store interior was well-lit and clean, but inaccessible. Customers must use the drive-through after a certain hour; no signage, but door was locked. It's tricky to maneuver the almost hairpin turns to pick-up purchase and exit onto the busy roadway. read more

This location is a mess! short staffed and very slow. The drive through line was very long! so I decided to go inside the store. I was told by a very disappointed customer that the doors were closed! I was shocked that at 6:00 pm they had closed the doors to the store. It was a task to join the line, but I did eventually. We sat in that line for almost 20 mins. I got to ordering and the drive through lady told us they are not serving any drinks only donuts. To make matters worst she was in such a haste to take my order. So disappointing! With all that said, the donuts were hot and fresh! They melted right in my mouth, I started eating before I left the drive through line. read more

I came to try the Elf Specialty Dozen for the holidays. It's a box filled with Buddy Snow Globe Doughnut, Buddy Makes Breakfast Doughnut, Christmas Lights Doughnut, Santa Belly Doughnut and the Chocolate Iced with Christmas Sprinkles. Just a heads up that you aren't able to edit the box and you'll get 3 Glazed and 3 Santa baby and 2 of the other flavors. There are so cool and decorated so nicely. My fave was the Santa Belly filled with cookies & kreme. These are perfect for the kids, family or a holiday party at work. They were very busy as I got there at 9:15am, a lot of people were waiting around after placing their orders so I would suggest ordering ahead online for in store pickup. The associate that was at the front was very helpful and friendly. She really kept her composure with the influx of costumers. read more

I used this location for the first time because of a horrible experience I had at the Fort Lauderdale location. I use Krispy Kreme often for fundraisers and it was time, once again, to fundraise! I submitted the fundraiser request for this location online and had a response from them with a few hours! I was shocked at how fast it was. The great experience didn't end there. When I picked up the order it was all ready and the team members even helped me bring it out to my car. Truly I was shocked because the last place didn't even let me in the door. The donuts were DELICIOUS and we sold 300 of them in 3 hours - THEY ARE THAT GOOD! Nothing can beat a classic Krispy Kreme glazed donut This team is exceptional and I will now be using them for our monthly fundraisers. read more

I grew up on Krispy Kreme and they are still my favorite donut. I was heading to a meeting this evening and I thought a dozen original glazed and a box of coffee would be a nice surprise. I knew I'd be cutting it close because the donut shop is not on the way, but I downloaded the app and was able to place my order. This lost them their first star. I don't drink coffee. I drink tea. They don't have tea; only coffee. Tea bags do not take up much room and every coffee maker dispenses hot water. Think about all of your customers, not just the coffee drinkers. Still, I was getting fresh, hot glazed donuts so it will be fine. When I got there she hadn't poured the coffee yet because she didn't want it to get cold. It only took a few minutes and I was on my way. I made it to the meeting in nine minutes, so everything was great. Except that the donuts were cold and not fresh. If we had a microwave I could have brought them back but we don't. Instead of hot, fresh donuts we had cold, harder donuts. It was very disappointing. It will be a long time before I trust this shop again. Dr read more

This is an average type of Krispy Kreme location, they don't make their donuts there they get them shipped in and just glaze them there. The service there wasn't that good they were not friendly and I waited forever just to get three donuts boxed up. I also got donut holes which were mediocre. I wouldn't go out of your way to visit this location. read more

Great location! It is smaller than some, and the parking lot/drive through is a bit awkward at times. It is tucked away in a large plaza, on the Commercial Blvd side near the Turnpike. The donuts are good, and great when hot. I ordered a mixed dozen and a hot coffee. They have donut specials so check out the options. The coffee was if a decent strength and flavor. The service was a bit of an issue on the morning of Sept. 8th, and I considered giving 3 stars, but the young woman working the register was amazing and hustlin! She was solo, ringing up orders, making donuts, pouring coffee ... She finally had to go ask for help from the employees in the back office, who seemed a bit reluctant to help despite the growing line. Overall, I will try this location again, and hope the team steps it up. read more

This location is our lifesaver whenever we get the munchies late night we come to this location because they are open late, midnight. I consider myself a donut connoisseur. I have tried many flavors, shapes, consistencies and designs of donuts but I always find my place coming back to Krispy Kreme to have an original glazed. With all the new gourmet donut shops opening lately, there's something so social about having a good quality simple glazed donut. Krispy Kreme HOT AND FRESH glazed is the best. It literally melts in your mouth. When they have the lights on, it means they're making it fresh and will glaze it when you order. Also don't forget to to try their iced coffee, it's strong but so good. I came in for one and left with a dozen! I have never ever tried a Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I was on my way to have lunch with my husband when I saw a stand-alone store and mentioned to him that people go crazy for this stuff. We decided to give it a try for ourselves. First of all they have a lot of kind of different donuts and they have some specialty ones as well, I thought we would get one or two of their famous glazed donuts a cup of coffee and call it a day but when my husband told the guy we would take a dozen I just played along LOL. We got an a good mix. The one I was really looking forward to have the was the Dulce de Leche one... did not disappoint!! It was so good. Everyone was very nice and courteous and my coffee was freshly made, which was nice. In fact I really did like their coffee quite a bit. Too bad this place is out-of-the-way for me otherwise I would drive up here just to get coffee. Great place. read more

Hello? Am I in donut heaven?!!! There are warm, glazed gooey donuts everywhere. They taste like heaven clouds if I knew how they tasted like, I'm sure they would be something like Krispy Kreme donuts. After successful furniture shopping we decided on some lunch and dessert on the way home. And yes, this was our quick dessert choice. They felt so good eating them in the parking lot after picking them up from the drive thru. Ok I know this is a fast food donut shop but the employees are so nice and actually smile. I'm guessing they are in a sugar heaven so why not. I love this location right on commercial but so dangerous since its near my work. Anyways wonderful treat for me on a weekend. Not every location has the hot donuts so definitely go to this location because they do and they are so good!!!! read more

Eat them while they are hot and fresh. Best option to buy in my opinion is the glazed donuts. Half a dozen is $7.99 and full dozen is $9.99. So which one would I choose? You guessed it right, we ordered the full dozen. If you go with your family two dozen is the best deal for $15 you get two dozen. Whenever we go, we usually order thru drive thru. But this past visit we went inside the store. 2-3 employees and they were all smiles and professional in assisting while we decided. The amazing smell of fresh hot donuts would make anyone smile and sugar high. They do have assortment of other flavors but those are not hot, but a good amount of flavors if you are interested. In drinks they have a variation of coffee drinks to choose from as well. If you have donut cravings this place is for you. They are located very close to the turnpike on Commercial Blvd in a busy plaza. read more

Not adequately staffed for National Donut Day. Placed my order online for 8:15 and when I arrived , I was told I needed to wait in the regular line. Did not get my order until 8:50. The best donuts in the game. Easy. I even like these better than most fancy shmancy all the bells and whistles donuts. Best coffee. I'm one of those psychopaths that tends to drink my coffee black. Their coffee is legitimately /good/. Worst service on the planet. Yes, they can afford to have bad service. Everyone knows how amazing Krispy Kreme is. But every single time I've been there, the employees are legitimately rude, clearly unhappy, and tend to "forget about your order". This is true whether you drive through or walk in. Honestly, it isn't going to stop me from getting my once a month donut fix since I live right around the corner. MAKE SURE to get in there when that HOT sign is lit up so you can have a life changing hot off the press original glazed experience. read more

Krispy Kreme - still the best in the donut game IMHO - Donuts Near Me - Tamarac, Florida

How I love a warm Krispy Kreme. if you are going to pay the calories at least make it worth it by eating a warm Krispy Kreme. When I was in school on Friday one of the teachers had brought in the original glazed donuts for her students but they were green and they were so cute. She pretended the leprechaun dropped them off for her students while they were at lunch. After dinner at Laspadas my daughter and I were in the mood for something sweet and I wanted to get some of the donuts for St. Patricks day. The nearest Krispy Kreme to us was the one on Commercial by the turnpike. Even though it was a 20 minute drive we headed on over. When we arrived the hot dounut light was on. When we went in I didn't see the green original glazed and asked the girl working at the counter for them to which she replied they didn't have them. I showed here the picture on the outside of the display of them and she again asserted that they did not have them. I was sorely disappointed but went with a couple of the chocolate iced donuts with the green sprinkles. My daughter asked if we could get the hot glazed for the rest of the box. The girl looked really put out that we wanted hot donuts. When we asked for them hot she tried to act like it wasn't something they did. When we insisted she finally agreed. Then she came back and said we could have the green ones hot if we wanted. What? A minute ago she didn't have the green ones. I looked towards the back and there was an entire tub of the green glazed donuts ready to go. 5 minutes later we had the hot green glazed donuts which were what we came for. The customer service here is awful and the donuts are the food of the Gods. I get much better service at the Ft. Lauderdale location but I don't pass by there too much. Prepare to fight for your right to hot donuts at this location. read more

So their milk is just out in the open, so when I opened it to drink it was lukewarm (which isn't safe to drink). I asked for a replacement and the nice woman at the counter gave it to me, but the manager came screaming at me two minutes later that I opened it and next time I can't open it. I'm sorry but I didn't know it wasn't cold until I drank it? Rude manager, bad customer service. Won't be back to this location again. If I had gotten sick from bad milk, I think she wouldn't be screaming at me but they put the other milk I had back so someone else is gonna get warm milk. read more

Sign said "Hot Now" so of course we had to stop. While we were in the drive through line waiting to get up to the speaker to place our order, my husband asked me if we should get 1 or 2 dozen. There was no question for me because I love their donuts and told my husband we should get 2. He really didn't want to and only wanted to get 1. Well when the cashier came on the speaker to take our order, she automatically asked if we wanted to buy 2 dozen for $16.99. My husband told her that he wasn't planning on it but because she was so friendly, she talked us into it. She was laughing and we could see her smiling up ahead in the window. Although there had been 2 cars ahead of us when we pulled up, it didn't take that long to get up to the window. The cashier was so nice, not your typical Krispy Kreme worker who normally doesn't seem happy to be there. We found out later on our receipt that the cashier was Claudie. I'm giving this a 5 star because I love their donuts and Claudie's great attitude! read more
