We only get KK donuts twice a year during the 4th of July and Christmas when we visit family. We can't get them in my location and I love them so I always look forward to getting some. But the last 3 times we've been there they never have donuts. NO DONUTS at the donut shop! We have been at different times including morning hours when they should be fully stocked, hot and ready. After many attempts I will say that after traveling all of the country, this has to be the worst Krispy Kreme location in the country. Customer Service needs to be overhauled. Throughout the summer they were letting limited people in the building, face mask on. Now the entire inside is closer. The drive thru is wrapped around the corner. They are routinely always out of half of the donuts. No one can ever give the customer an estimated time of when the hot light will come on. So if you plan to visit this location do not try to go inside, drive thru only and be prepared to hear all of the donuts that they are currently out of unless you're get really lucky. read more

This could possibly be the worst Krispy Kreme in the world. Every visit sucks. The last two visits (about six months apart) they had no glazed donuts. Not hot, not cold. None. They also didn't have coffee. The donut place didn't have donuts or coffee. One visit was am and one was pm. You're wasting your time stopping if you want donuts. So, on Sept. 28, 2018, I journey to this Krispy Kreme to get a dozen of the regular galzed doughnuts, the one this company is built on. I arrive at 0617 hours in the drive thru and was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the custormer service. The store did not have any regular glazed doughnuts to serve at 0617 hours. No reason was given no apology for the inconvience of my short tour out of town to get to this location and to be disappointed. Not a big variety of donuts. No apple filled, no strawberry filled, no powdered donuts. Could have gone to Walmart and gotten same thing.

THE HOT LIGHT WAS ON!!! Real Krispy Kreme fans know that the hot light matters. None of the tables were clean, but oh well. I'm just trying to get them and go. The extra star was earned because the girl was giving out sample doughnuts. I've never seen it before or knew they do it. Doughnut generosity is worth an extra star. I never try anything except hot glazed, so my perspective is limited. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are a love it or hate it thing. I love them. They melt in your mouth when fresh. This place has totally went down. The staff and Management is terrible! They're very rude to customers, the light be off when it suppose to be on, they don't apologize for there mistakes, they lie about the donuts being hot/warm. How can a donuts be warm if the hot light off & the machine is off that cooks them. I got off work one day tired and was planning to come get an good hot donut. I placed my order & ask was the donuts hot & was told yes they warm. I drove off & got down the road, bite a donut that was cold as they come out Walmart off the shelf.. Went back for refund and the staff was totally not concern & rude. Management came gave refund & was totally the same way.. Nobody apologize but they was joking and talking about it.. While I was telling them my issue & why I wanted the refund the staff close the window and my face while I was talking. I reported her to management but she acted like she didn't care what I was saying.. I use to work here years ago & the place was nothing like this.. A lot has change over the years with the staff.. Just left Krispy Kreme at 10:52 in the morning and they had no glazed donuts in the store and the person working the counter said it would be a 2 hour wait until they had any for sale.
