This morning, I decided to drive from the other side of Jeffersonville to Krispy Kreme to try the new Harry Potter donuts. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were no customers inside. One employee was working on donut holes and told me she would be with me shortly. Another employee approached me, saying she was heading to the drive-through and would assist me soon. Finally, a different woman came over, but she seemed uninterested in her job. I started by asking for two donuts, but she interrupted me, asking how many I wanted in total. I responded that I wanted six donuts. As she bent down to pick up the donuts, she said something I couldn't hear. I asked her to repeat herself, saying, "I'm sorry, I can't hear you." Instead of speaking normally, she turned into a ManDrake,she looked up at the ceiling,and screamed it as loudly as she could. I was taken aback by her attitude, especially since I had been polite and patient. We were served donuts that were very much not made the same day. They were at least a day old. If that's a normal thing (I don't buy donuts very often), then it shouldn't be. I think everyone buys baked goods expecting them to be freshly made on the daily. Also, there is no consistency in size or icing distribution per donut. We ordered two dozen and they were mostly the same size, but many were much smaller, and some of the icing looked like it was applied by a kindergartener with the sprinkles sloppily dropped on there. For the price, this is unacceptable. We had a coupon for a free dozen with purchase of one dozen and we overpaid. No one takes pride in their work anymore. Krispy Kreme fell off. read more

But I went to this location on two separate occasions to buy two specific menu items, and each time they were out of both. How? I ordered two dozen assorted donuts going through the drive-through and showed them a coupon for $12 a dozen that they had on their website. She did not seem to like the fact that I had a coupon and then they never gave me my receipt. I waited 10 minutes and then she brings me out two dozen glazed donuts, and then was argumentative about what I ordered when I told her it was wrong and they knew I ordered assorted. My dad went to this location for a dozen donuts and was told it would be a 35 minute wait. He waited and then they said they weren't able to be sold for some reason, they were being thrown away. They offered a refund. There was a special for a dozen donuts, which prompted the stop. My step mom calls to see if the special could be carried over to tomorrow , and the woman who answered the phone said they won't do that and hung up! She called back and got no answer. My wife and I were in earlier this week and ordered a lemon and cream filled doughnut and a glazed coffee. The coffee was great, smooth, sweet, and sufficiently hot. The doughnuts, in terms of flavor, were acceptable, but the size of each was diminutive. We have been to this location in 2020 and the doughnuts were standard-sized, but this time it looked like they ended up least-on-the-yeast. I wouldn't complain, but the price cost more than a little dough, and the amount of cabbage did not match the quantity. We will definitely be back to this location, as it's been great in the past, but this time I felt we were a bit short-changed and spent more bread on these cakes than we should have. read more

The best donuts ever when hot! They simply melt in your mouth. Krispy Kreme offers a wide variety, so take your time in choosing. I am not personally fond of the boxed shelf offerings, I hate crusty sugar on my donuts. My personal favorite is without a doubt the original glazed donut. Not ashamed to say I can easily eat six! Krispy Kreme has a great selection of tee shirts as well. Throw backs from where the company started . I also like the fact that Krispy Kreme is involved in a lot of community events. You can but then at about any local football because some organization is selling them. If you ever pass a Krispy Kreme and the sign says now baking, stop the car and go inside. Wish I could rate this store a zero! I went here because of convenience and close to my home at 10:00 AM on a Sunday morning. The drive thru was closed so I went inside to only see that there was hardly any variety of donuts. I purchased anyway. Your prices are ridiculously high for what you get! I purchased 6 glazed iced and 6 minis and it was 20.00!! I can go to a fantastic donut shop called Jeff's Bakery and get way bigger donuts that are incredible for just a little more money!!! For a Saturday morning at 10am and only having one person working the drive-thru? Sat in the line for 15 minutes and didn't move so we went inside. None of the donuts were coming off the line, so they weren't hot - which is the entire selling point of KK. Ordered a black iced coffee, but instead of having cold coffee, she pours a full cup of hot brewed coffee, then throws 4 ice cubes in it. Keep your expectations low if coming to this location :( read more

This Krispy Kreme is great. There aren't many of the stand alone stores left so I was very happy to come across this one while driving between indianapolis and Louisville. I decided to try the strawberry frosted with sprinkles and my usual chocolate with sprinkles. The people here are great; and the coffee is just as good! One of my business customers gave me a $50 gift card to Starbucks as a tip; I tried them a couple times, but they always get my order wrong, and the coffee is horrible. I wish they had more Krispy Kreme's in the area, but everyone reading my review know this; the one on Veterans parkway is top notch.
