So, I swore off Krispy Kreme after receiving a raw cinnamon roll nearly 8 YEARS ago. It's 2025, and I finally went back a total of 3 times. First: cinnamon roll was perfect! I decided to try again to make sure it wasn't a fluke. 2nd visit: They were all squeezed to a coke bottle shape. I was told the tray tilted but they still have to sell them. 3rd and LAST time, i got what I would call a small round cinnamon ring donut. This time the baker was blamed. The much smaller size was acknowledged, but i was told they are still the same price. FYI: I went to 103rd and they were selling the same little rolls. So I guess i can confidently say, I'm definitely staying away from Krispy Kreme. I included a Kcup for size reference of the "new" cinnamon rolls. read more

The LIGHT was on and I had to stop. The glazed donuts were hot, soft and delicious. Customers service was great. The worker was patient and very helpful while I determine what assorted donuts to get. The restaurant was clean and smelled like donuts. I love have how you can see the donuts being made. Parking could be better. If there is a long line in the drive thru, the line can block the exit. read more

Love stopping while hot light on for free doughnuts. Location always has fresh and hot donuts and great staff.

This location is small. The drive thru section will handle 4 cars from the pickup window to the speaker menu. There's two ways to get to the speaker menu. Coming in from Cassat, or College St. Line moves relatively quick. I only buy donuts from here when I have a coupon, personally, or when there's a deal or promotion from another source. Which I will keep secret for now. So far haven't had any issues. read more

Stopped in on a Saturday morning for a doughnut and coffee with a friend. The parking lot was packed at 8AM and since it is a small parking lot, it can be hard to navigate when crowded. I found a parking spot and went inside. Upon going inside, I was greeted by an employee on break who had their feet up on a small coffee table in the lobby. When my friend arrived, we got in line and ordered our food. Medium coffee with a plain glazed doughnut for my friend and a small coffee and a cinnamon roll for me. My cinnamon roll tasted really eggy, not sure if it was not cooked all the way or what but you could taste the eggs. The coffee was overcooked and burnt from being in the pot too long. I had to dump a lot of cream in it to get it down. They do a brisk take out business and the staff I dealt with were polite but some were just checked out. If you really want a hot and ready doughnut, you can chance it. read more

The store on Cassatt ave Jacksonville Florida has Hugh Rats and management does not seem to mind. Boxes are being eaten into by the rats. They have mold in and around the store. Let's all be careful not to get sick or worse. read more

So we pulled up to drive thru and ordered 3 doughnuts. Why why was there two other cars in front but somehow this was at least a 10 minute process. Its doughnuts, no one is preparing food. Why is it taking that long? There are no fries to prepare or sandwiches. Take the doughnuts off the tray put them in the box. Seems simple but I guess there is more to making the doughnuts then I thought. The doughnuts were good and fresh though. So maybe they did bake them while we were in line..lol. read more

Ok, nothing is better than the HOT donut sign being on, and it was a BOGO so score me. I had a custom dozen of glazed and custard with chocolate and the free dozen of glazed, via the drive thru and on my way home. Here's where it gets really interesting....I ordered a fancy ice mocha caramel coffee and I was so looking forward to it. During my drive on I-10 I was just sipping away and then I got a mouthful of surprise. At first I thought it was maybe paper left from my straw, so I spit it out (all while driving a brisk 65 mph) and F me it's a fly!! Oh hell no did I just suck up a fly thru my straw...yup...it's a fly and I must have swallowed one wing as this fly was dead and one winged. Now I am driving 65 and get a dead fly out of my mouth. Gross! I put the fly aside and immediately stop my drink sipping. When I arrived home I immediately contacted Krispy Kreme corporate offices via phone to discuss the situation. I was offered a coupon for a free drink or a free dozen. Holy smokes people really. You have serious bug issues at this location and I did not order my iced coffee with a side of fly! I have also sent pictures of the receipt, the fly and the almost full iced coffee to KK corporate offices. I have no faith that they will address the issue but they are on notice. Working just down the street from here when that red light is on, I answer the call occasionally! I love going here and sometimes I get sucked in when I go inside to just watching the donuts go through the fryer and then going under the waterfall of the glaze icing. I am so glad they opened up after remodeling. If you haven't had a fresh straight out of the fryer glazed donut then what are you doing??? The melt in your mouth donuts are amazing. They do occasionally have seasonal and holiday donuts. I would have given them 4 3/4 stars if available because after the glazed my favorite donut ever is a cake donut and they don't carry that. read more

Why in a drive thru does it take 20 minutes for an order. when they took the order it had to be repeated THREE times. when our donuts came we had to wait another 5 minutes for the coffee!! The donuts were not pumpkin spice as ordered and the coffee tasted so bad like it tasted burnt even with the milk I had to order for my coffee it was undrinkable. We went back for a refund of $10.91 for 2 coffees, 2 glazed donuts and a pint of milk. Never again will we go there. read more

The original Krispy Kreme that sat on this lot was closed years ago and the Westside of Jacksonville went into a donut depression. Other brands opened in the area, but they did not satisfy a true Hot & Fresh KK kraving. Yes, you can buy them in grocery stores and gas stations, but it just isn't the same. Well the donut gods overheard our lamentations and Krispy Kreme rebuilt their store on the same lot as the old. The new building is modern and clean, with 2 booths, 2 "hi-tops", a bar seating 4 and a mini-couch & 2 chairs, giving it a mini-hipster vibe overall, especially with the old-timey pictures on the walls. The walls between the "dining area" and the kitchen are glass so you can watch the original KK donuts travel the conveyor belt from dough to glazed doughnut ready to be boxed. (Let me tell you, grown-ups are as hypnotized by the sight as the kids are!) The store is spotless and smells like heaven, if heaven baked hot fresh glazed donuts. The workers were hustling, but very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. I was there to try two of their new creations, the Caramel Chocolate Pretzel Doughnut and the Dark Chocolate Caramel Kreme Doughnut (see my pics). Both were delicious but the first one was the best. My husband and my daughter had other donuts and they loved them all. I honestly don't know how to describe it, but I had expectations and Krispy Kreme went beyond them. For drinks, we had the Iced Caramel Coffee and Mocha Dream Chiller. Their iced coffee was really delicious and, in my opinion, superior to the other donut company's fare. My daughter had the chiller (more of a milk shake consistency) and that was very delicious as well. My husband had a shot of espresso and said it was pretty good quality coffee. LOL Listen, this isn't health food and a lot of people on other sites complain about that, but it's a fabulous treat for a great price and if you go when the "HOT" light is on, you can watch the donuts actually be made and that is an added bonus. I have NEVER been late to my job the 4 years I've been working there.. until today. I got in line at 6:35... tell me why I didn't get my food until 7:14. There was ONE CAR in front of me. They ordered less than I did. Like.. y'all have the smallest menu, there's no reason the wait should be this long just for me to get a coffee that has sloppy caramel on the outside of the cup. OPEN 24/7 Drive-thru and the inside open from 6am-11pm everyday. Drive-thru is 24-hours so that means this place never closes. I'm updating my review as I have tiny crystalline sugar bits stuck to my lips while inhaling the third warm, original glazed (oh yes fluffy pillow of Heaven I'm going to eat you) from my dozen. I left my home to go to Krispy Kreme I live on 103rd which is 15 minutes away from the cassat location I passed the 103rd location because the one on cassat is closer to my job and I thought I would stop there to get donuts it's 6:00 in the morning and when I get there they tell me they have no glazed donuts and it'll be 30 minutes before I can get glazed donuts Krispy Kreme opens with no glazed donuts in the morning and I have to go all the way back to 103rd to get the donuts I promised my staff not happy at all read more

We visited here recently to fulfill a donut craving. We normally just get a dozen hot glazed, because you just have to. This time however we ordered some of their specialty donuts. The service was fast and friendly. I tried a lemon flavored/filled doughnut, a lime flavored and a strawberry flavor. The lemon was easily the best taste of the most authentic. We liked the candy touches on top of there was not a super fan of the strawberry flavored candy topping. of course we had to grab a couple of their hats, why I don't know, just felt possessed to do so. all the foregoing not withstanding, this will still be our go to place for some hot fresh glazed donuts, I think I'm gonna run out now and get some. read more

I am not a carb/sweets person and was only visiting because we are meeting with friends. I would say the donuts were overrated and maybe I just don't eat enough donuts to be able to tell the difference. But the coffee completely ruined it for me. They first told me the latte machine is down, then someone else yelled over the counter saying iced latte is still available. Then I ended up with a room temp coffee with no milk and two ice cubes. Everyone there acted like they hate their job and they were even rude to each other in front of the customers. Will not return unless I have to get it for other people and definitely use the drive through instead. read more

Everyone is always working, Im not sure if its the online orders, curbside, or just other tasks.. but if you decide to make a stop just be prepared to wait. Drive thru or going inside either way you're going to wait, sadly. My best recommendation is to order ahead. I've haven't had any issues or concerns with the nice workers. The staff is rude and very distracted with everything but making sure orders are right. Donuts are good but if the staff makes a mistake they will give you attitude and not offer to fix it. My wife ordered 2 HOT coffee drinks and they made her 2 frozen drinks. She told them that she ordered 2 hot and the lady gave her attitude and would not correct unless she started the whole order over again which the server was rolling her eyes about. Y'all need to get a handle on the sorry excuse of servers that you have in there. I don't even go down there because of how they act. The lady who took my money was too busy talking about the customer that had just left the drive thru to even really pay attention to us. I love this locations!! It's the closest to my house and I always find that Krispy Kreme donuts bring smiles to everyone's lips. I've been here multiple times and haven't thought to review it, but, I have time today! I'm writing this particularly for one incident that could've ended poorly, but the employee fixed it flawlessly. We drove through and it took longer than usual to order because the lady just wasn't understanding what we were saying. Once we got to the window the order was wrong and the receipt over charged. After she finally got it right she rectified the situation but sincerely apologizing more than a couple times, giving us the donuts that we were overcharged for on the house and really represented the company well as far as how she handled my friends attitude. Worst run store I have ever been in. It took me 30 minutes to get 1 dozen glazed donuts. No one seemed to give a hoot that there were 10 people in line, in the store. One poor girl was trying to fill orders and run the register at the same time. One heavy set lady that might have been a Manager, filled one order for someone else and then wandered over to decorate donuts, when you had customers waiting for their order. The two girls that were on the window were filling there orders and the inside paid customers had to wait for theirs...as stated I waited 30 minutes. Most disappointing was that manager that would not help the cashier fill orders. People were getting out of line and leaving. Other were driving up and seeing the line of people waiting and driving away. Had I not already paid I would have left. I use to frequent this location years ago and tonight was the first time I'd visited this location in well over 10 years so I was very surprised to pull up to a renovated drive thought KK..what a nice dwliaht. We saw the light on and went through the drive through. John waited on us and was very pleasant. No complaints! Looking forward to going back if I'm on that side of town again. Around 2pm we pulled up to the hot light not being on, however, they were making fresh glazed donuts! We were immediately greeted and asked for our order! The employee politely filled our order and rung us up! The donuts were as good as I expected! The napkin containers were properly filled, however, the milk display was lacking merchandise.
