Well, if…read moreanyone deserves a five-star review it is Steve and Heather for having done an outstanding job in selling our home. Not only have they guided us through each step with great professionalism, communication and care for details, they also provided a top-notch presentation of our home, which resulted in immediate offers above asking price. In contrast to other brokers who were solely focused on Dollar per sq/ft numbers and "comps", Heather and Steve 'got' our home from the start and were able to sell it well above the estimates the other brokers gave us. We simply could not have made a better choice! If we could, we would give them a bonus star for also just being awesome people.

We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

But apparently I never did and I feel bad about that since the experience was so outstanding. Incredibly patient and knowledgeable and we toured a lot of houses to find the right home. He applied the right amount of caution and advice for homes that needed it while giving us the flexibility to make up our minds. He is very well connected with other agents and service providers and whatever we needed just seemed like it happened like magic through him. In short, exactly what you want from a realtor. Well flash forward 4+ years and we are selling this house and would never have even considered calling someone else. We have a lot of balls in the air at the moment and we're a little stressed about getting things ready, but as soon as he was involved it was like a weight lifted. If you need a realtor, and if you are reading this you probably do, stop looking and call him. Absolutely fantastic.

I feel lucky to have found Ute to represent me when I needed to sell my mother's house in…read moreSacramento. I reside in Southern California, was selling in my capacity of trustee of my mother's trust, and the property was tenant occupied. I needed an agent that knew what needed to be done, could help prepare the property for sale, and handle everything locally so that I did not have to travel to Sacramento. Ute not only knew exactly what needed to be done to sell the house as a trust representative, but she was also able to negotiate an agreement with the tenants that made it possible for them to purchase the house despite their low credit scores. The level of communication with Ute was always top notch. Not only did I receive prompt and well explained answers to all my questions, but I also felt that Ute balanced her responsibilities as dual agent very well. I never doubted that she was acting in the best interest of me and the buyers, which I realize can be a challenging task. I particularly appreciated Ute's solution-oriented approach and negotiation skills that helped make the transaction go smoothly and resulted in a true win-win situation (i.e., I was able to get fair market value and the tenants were able to buy the house and did not have to move). I believe Ute's education and experience as an attorney was a big plus. Although there were no legal issues, I felt Ute's strong legal background resulted in thorough preparation that in turn prevented things from turning into future problems. I came to appreciate Ute not only as a true professional with integrity, but also as a very likeable, fun and approachable human being with a great sense of humor. I would do business with Ute again in a heartbeat and would recommend her without reservations to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the greater Sacramento area.

I recently hired Noel as the listing agent for the sale of my house in Auburn. I'm very happy with…read morethe decision that I made. I first contacted her last summer after reading her reviews here on Yelp. I wanted some advice when making improvements to the house that would make the most sense when it was time to sell. She came out to see the property at that time (which I didn't expect) and offered me advice which seemed well thought out and reasonable. This year I was ready to sell and I called Noel along with another agent to set up interviews. Noel came out to meet me first and I liked her so well that I cancelled the second interview and signed a contract that night. I had already done a lot of work to the house, but Noel offered suggestions to finish getting it ready for the market and helped find a couple of contractors that I still needed. She even helped me to stage the place using many of her own supplies on the evening before we had pictures taken. The result was that I had 5 offers on the first day that we accepted them. I accepted the best offer, established a second offer as a back-up contract, and then went right to work completing my move out of the house. I was in transit going across the country during most of the escrow period, but we were able to keep in touch and take care of the remaining business by phone, email, DocuSign, and overnight mail. Noel is very tech-savvy, so this all went smoothly. I'm so glad that I selected Noel as my Realtor. I felt like we were a real team during the 6 weeks or so that it took to get my house completed, listed, and sold. I can't imagine that anyone would have done a better job for me.
