We were looking in all areas of NorCal and after 3 trips out to the Bay Area and the Roseville/Rocklin/Folsom/Granite Bay area, we still hadn't found our perfect house. Time had gotten short and we could no longer spare the time to fly out. After spending long days with us looking at many, many homes, Debbie had gotten to the point where she could easily spot what we would like/dislike about a home. She was so spot-on, that we knew we could trust her to find a house for us, even if we had to do it via Facetime. We had also been working for a very short time with a realtor in the Bay, and he kept showing us houses that were no where similar to our criteria and he was also very inconsistent with his communication and effort. We knew that there was no way we could trust him to find our home one his own. Debbie was always in good communication and was available to answer questions, even going above and beyond to not only tour the homes multiple times, but be prepared to tell us just how each met and didn't meet our criteria. She knew what we would ask and was prepared each time. We were traveling cross-country and almost didn't make it for our moving truck to arrive.
