A few months ago I discovered we had a new Indian restaurant nearby and ordered takeout via a third party. It was pretty good, but I felt like takeout tainted the experience a little. So last night I suggested my husband and I try them again, but actually dine in the restaurant and we are so glad we did. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall across from the hospital. Upon entering, it was nicely decorated and we were promptly seated at a side table with a little bench with pillows. Water was brought over immediately in little silver cups. Our server happened to also be the owner, and he took our order and brought us our Mango and Sweet lassi drinks in wine glasses, which made for a nice touch. We started with the vegetable samosas and paneer pakora, both served with mint and tamarind chutney. The samosas arrived crispy and super hot. They were stuffed with potatoes and peas and spices and paired wonderfully with both dipping sauces. The paneer was fantastic, and if you're not familiar with Indian, are the closest thing to a mozzarella "stick" with gooey paneer cheese and a crispy coating. For our entrees we did the butter chicken, lamb biryani, and butter naan. The butter naan arrived first and was glistening. It was flaky and was used throughout the evening to soak up the butter chicken sauce, which was divine. The butter chicken was some of the best I've ever had. I usually ask for mild and find that it is still quite spicy, but this was perfect and not spicy at all. The flavors were fantastic and we ended up putting the butter chicken sauce on our biryani too. The lamb in the biryani was unlike any I've ever had, tender and fall-apart when touched with my fork. We both agreed the butter chicken was our favorite, but the biryani was still good. We ended up needing several takeout containers because we couldn't finish everything. There are no dessert offerings, but Indian cuisine isn't typically known for desserts so we didn't expect to have any anyway. While we were dining there were only 4 other tables ( one being a large party) dining in, but at least a dozen takeout orders were being picked up. I really hope they stay busy because I love having an Indian option so close to home.

Food was fantastic here. Ordered the Kadai chicken, tandoori roti, chicken tikki masala, dal fry and lamb seekh kebab. They were all very delicious dishes and decent portions. The lamb seekh kebab was outstanding and my favorite - it is served with a mint sauce, grilled onions and peppers and hits the spot! Restaurant is beautiful and has ample seating, service was good. Will be back and highly recommend.

My husband and I happened upon Krish's over the holiday break while looking for good food after doing some outlet shopping. We live about 30 minutes away and have already talked about going back and also wishing we could get weeknight takeout from here! It was midday and service was charming and attentive. I drink a lot of water and the server was so good about keeping the glasses full We had samosa chaat a delicious dal makhani and chicken tikka masala entree along with garlic naan that were made to order (I love that the kitchen line is somewhat open to the dining room). Everything was generous and delicious. The decor is lovely and very clean. The banquette wall of tables with pillows is very welcoming. We will return and appreciate the attention to quality, flavor and detail at Krish's!

First off the place is very clean inside and spacious. Our waitress was nice and explained a few things to us. I got the Shrimp Biryani and my family members got the butter chicken and chicken vindaloo. All platters were really good along with the garlic naan and vegetable Samosa. First time trying a mango lassi and I'm glad I saved some for the end since it helped cool down (mango yogurt mix) the heat from my chicken vindaloo meal.

Since this restaurant moved to it's new dine in location just last week, we decided to come here with a couple of friends and it was absolutely great! The six of us had an early 5pm dinner on a Tuesday night, and although it was empty at first ... others quickly came and lots of takeout/delivery orders also came in shortly after. We started with 3 appetizers for the table ... (just ok) Chicken Pakora ($9), (tasty sauced) Samosa Chat ($8), and (table favorite) Onion Bhaji ($7). It was such a good start to our meal that I forgot to take pics until most was eaten! All our meals were also fantastic ... DH and I got the (tasty) Chicken Tikka Masala ($20) & (best eggplant) Baigen Bharta ($13) ... while our friends got the (all equally yummy) Lamb Korma ($24), Kadai Chicken ($20), Savartina Korma ($14), and Aloo Gobi ($13). We were all too full for any dessert and many of us took home lunch for the next day! Everything was so good that I returned 2 days later with DS and his GF for their buffet lunch ($15pp) along with (thick and creamy) Mango Lassi's ($5) for everyone. Sorry ... we were too busy eating all the great food with no pics again. But, the buffet had a good mix of samosa's, 2-3 veggie dishes, 3 chicken curries (curry, tikka masala, vindaloo?) and (so-so) gulab jamun. One of our friends also said they returned for the lunch buffet 3 days later too! Finally, a good Indian restaurant with lunch buffet ... way too long overdue!!

I went to Krish's for the lunch buffet and was overall happy with the experience. Walking in, the staff greeted and immediately seated us. We were given naan to enjoy the meal with at no extra cost. Although the buffet did not have many options (chana masala, dal, cabbage, and 3 chicken dishes), they made up in flavor with the cabbage being best. As a pescatarian, I wish there were more vegetarian options. At $15pp, I still felt the price was fair.

We loved this place. Service was friendly. We did the buffet option for $15/pax. My absolute favorite dish was the Buttered Chicken. It was phenomenal. We ordered the naan ala carte, as well as the mango lassi. Mango Lassi was so refreshing! The naan was so soft and flavorful. The chicken curry was just okay for me. Aside from the very elegant ambiance, the place was very clean! I do hope that they could add dessert options to the menu. I will definitely be coming back to try the ala carte menu next time.

Excellent Indian food. I tried the dal tadka, baingan bartha, and palak channa (not on menu). All were super super tasty. I ordered them mild and they didn't lack flavor at all. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and it's a very peaceful environment, good music, friendly staff. Can't come up with one complaint for this place. Happy to have found this gem in the area.. the area doesn't have much good restaurants. Please give this place a try, too many Americans are afraid of Indian food and they shouldn't be!! I'm American as well born and raised fyi. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful meal

    Chicken Tikka Masala

Visited recently , The restaurant is well maintained with pleasing environment . Ordered Appetizers: Papadi chat and samosas Main course:Dal Tadka and Paneer masala with Butter Naan. We ordered appetizers and main course spicy . It was super spicy though taste was excellent. Would recommend a medium spicy for all spice lovers though. Butter naan was too good! Was soft and melt in mouth. Flavor was very good. We ordered Mango Lassi to calm down the spicy food . Lassi is great and would definitely recommend it. ( expect a thinner consistency than usual- would have preferred a thick consistency myself) The service was quick and courteous. Overall the Food taste, Service and environment was very good. Owner/Manager greeted customers and checked on their satisfaction

I think I broke one of my tooth's trying to enjoy my Iftar lol. The Chicken Lollipop, was super hard, dry & tasteless. It looked like they over floured the chicken. The lollipop sauce was sub par, The Mughlai Paratha, was really bready and dry as well. It looked deep fried which is not how it would be. I do want to say the service by the gentlemen behind the counter was friendly. Honestly, I gave this spot a try based on reviews & since it was new to the area. However, after today's experience with the food it will be hard to ever return.

During our event, they did not provide us with a server to pick up dirty plates and said we had to charge separately when they originally said that would be included. As well they tried charging us extra for Indian tea when they said that would be included. Also, they did not allow us to use those drives to store drinks and ice as they had said they could not provide ice for drinks so we had to run out and buy ice from the grocery store. As you can see from my video that place is filthy. The management sucks there's no communication between the owners. The biggest disappointment was the food they served us below average food compared to when we went and tried to food out.

Run by a mom & daughter duo, Amma & Nur-E are truly so down-to-earth, full of positivity, and their energy is luminous. Amma is genuinely passionate about her craft and unbelievably humble! We arrived 10 minutes before 8pm and were greeted by Nur-E who literally shook our hands and welcomed us with open arms. The restaurant seats ~18 people so you can imagine how intimate, curated, and deeply rooted in tradition this dinner felt. Amma is from Dhaka, Bangladesh and with every course that came out, Nur-E described it to us in her expert storytelling ways! Everything we had was incredible. The Mango Lassi is blended by hand for that perfect consistency and refreshing, lightly sweet, homemade taste! After 5 whole courses came out, Nour-E came out and told us we had 7 more to go! So definitely come hungry and know you will leave beyond satisfied. My favorites were the Lau Chingri (Shrimp & Bottle Gourd Squash), the Rohu Fish Fried, the Murgir (Chicken) Roast & Palao, Beef Curry (Gorur Gostho) and Khashir (Goat) Biryani. Basically everything we had!! Each dish was balanced in depth, richness, and heat. The meats & fish were so tender, the rices were unbelievably fragrant, and the sauces were aromatic and layered rather than just spicy. The Rohu Fish Fried is imported from Bangladesh and lightly coated in spices and pan-fried until golden brown. This was my first time having this fish and it won't be my last! The Murgir (Chicken) Roast & Palao will live rent free in my head for a long time. It's richly caramelized, light yet aromatic, and deliciously comforting. I can see why this is usually a celebratory dish and is the only dish that Amma will serve at every Dawat Dinner! This dish is so popular that you can now find the recipe on Food & Wine. Speaking of accomplishments, the Lau Chingri (Shrimp & Bottle Gourd Squash) was named one of The New York Times' Best Dishes of 2025. We were also so lucky that Amma made her Mishti Doi for dessert! It's a sweet yogurt that has a custard-like creaminess and was the perfect way to end the meal after all those incredible flavors. We were so grateful to get a special one in a traditional clay pot. Also, there's tons of food but the staff will package any leftovers for you to take with you! They've literally thought of everything to make this an exceptional experience. Nur-E closed our dinner saying "food is life's greatest connector" and I couldn't agree more! Amma is truly an inspiration for opening Korai Kitchen at 61 years old, becoming a James Beard Nominee at 67 and getting 3 Stars from New York Times, and now signing her first cook book deal at 69. This is definitely in my top 10 meals of 2026 and is one of the most memorable meals I've ever had. I can't recommend Korai Kitchen enough.

Upon entering, no one acknowledged us to be seated. We had to ask two staff members where to sit. Once seated, the table was cleaned upon some delay with a rag that had a distinct smell that lingered throughout the meal. It took 55 minutes for our meal to arrive. I was able to see on their social media that they cooked the kabobs and karahi fresh. That being said, there should be communication with the guests if it will take that long. It could have been a coincidence but our food came out 5 minutes after we checked in to see what the status of our order is. If you also notice that your guests are not satisfied with the wait time, perhaps offer complimentary appetizers. We ordered the family platter but were not given any utensils too pick up the food with...we ended up using our hands as we already had a laundry list of things to ask for like napkins, an extra plate, more chutney (which we requested during our order). Resham kabob - basically the same kabob, the same salad, the same naan from the family platter. I could have constructed it myself at the fraction of the cost. The sandwich rolls do not come with fries or anything which I think isn't appropriate for the price they are charging. It was also confusing where to order as the place to order for Kabobeesh is in the back of the restaurant. The Karak Chai counter is being used too which is great but further confuses guests. The food seemed like it was coming out of different exits. There are no physical menus at this time, guests have to get up and read the kiosks. The menu online is also very confusing as there is overlap with the pizza location items. Always wanting the nashtaa but never knowing when the cut off time is for ordering it! Adding an extra star than I'd like because there is a prayer room which is wonderful to see. :) The chicken karahi was good per usual but left disappointed otherwise!
