To the lush greenery of their outdoor patio that is family friendly, spacious and very pet friendly. This location thrives with a great layout, small market you can shop and self check out at with their touch screen kiosk, even with a personal scanner. Daily self serve sample area of great juices and creations at Kreation. I've been passing by for a few years, but finally gave myself time to stop in and enjoy. The K.O. Crew who helped me were above and beyond personable. They felt like friends I'd reconnected with and absolutely made me want to keep venturing in. I had the Green Dream smoothie, made with almond mylk, green apple, banana, kale and parsley. It's one of their many vegan by default blends. Most made with almond milk, some with added yogurt organic whole milk. Their Awake, Chocolate Lovers, Majoon, Mollie's Post Work Out, Pink Power, Yellow Diamond, Mudder|Earth, Cinna/Mud Kruch (made with Oat Milk) and the Orange Sunrise (which I sometimes get at other locations) are amongst the many dairy free signature smooths. Great Transform Smoothies, Tonics Signature Juices, Amazebowls (aka healthy bowls) and KYO/Kreate Your Own options not to mention Coffees, Bagels, Avocado Toasts, Supershots, Meal Programs, Cleanse Kits... The list goes on! Love all the grab and go meals like their Holy Hummus Wrap, Vegan Basil Tomato Bisque, Guilt and Gluten Free Carrot Cake and so many others. Pup friendly treat and toys available as well as aluminium water bottles for purchase and a bottle deposit service. Parking in the lot, but never really filled or full. I think a lot of people walk over and keep it local for the most part of park off Fountain to avoid traffic. Super walkable from Highland/Hollywood Station with several connection options for city transit in all directions including an abundance of various Lome scooters and motorbikes with others. You would think a store dedicated to wellness and health would be positive and welcoming. Today it was not. And as a regular for a long time at this location and others. I always appreciated Kreation's mission. There are many places that make similar products but the staff's attention to the total experience is a differentiator. Today was very different. The same staff member - J - who previously encouraged sampling rudely stood over my shoulders and before I could try a couple small shot cups of flavors I've not tasted rudely took the entire tray -- on which my samples were placed -- and discarded them. I was too dumbfounded to respond. Unbelievable. Look I know everyone has a bad day but this takes the cake - resulting In an indelible experience of being abused. I love kreation and I really liked the vibe of this one. There was a cute outdoor area. We came after hiking Runyon and it was great. I also loved how they had a parking lot bc we know the parking in Hollywood is nottt it. It was early on a Friday and barely anyone was there. Also love that they have the free juice samples and they also had a lentil soup sample that was delish. The smoothies are always so good here and it was pretty empty so it was made fairly quick which was nice to get back to work! I really enjoy my experience at Kreation Hollywood and I'm lucky to have Gina one the BOGO sale day! The outside patio was adorable, but the running fountain. Inside the store was a little bit crowded, as there was a sale going on. Yet the staff did everything to make sure things ran smoothly. The display of salads, bottle, juices, sea moss gummies banana bread and more made me feel like a kid at an organic candy store. I purchased the sea moss+celery apple juice, vegan Caesar salad, chocolate chia pudding, and the lavash and chipotle hummus for $25. I wish everyday was a bogo sale for this food I will say they have an excellent selection of meat based salad, but I wish there was more variety for vegan salads because their dressings are flavorful, yet light. My favorite thing about kreation is their hot soup samples!! They also had samples of their pineapple apple mint juice, which was amazing. I decided to take my food outside, which was a nice relief from the high energy inside the store. The juice was 10/10, very refreshing and even a bit filling. The chia pudding was 7/10, a refreshing relief, but not very chocolatey and but watery, not worth $8 but still flavorful and enjoyable. Next time I'd be better off trying their actual chocolate mousse. The salad was my favorite part. 10/10The lettuce was in amazing condition. The garbanzo beans along with the other crunchy stuff made it an amazing experience for my oral senses. I love mouthful of food that I know are light and healthy. Although this food made me feel like my stomach felt adequately full. I saved the hummus and chips for later and tried it as a snack. 7/10Was tasty and the chips had a nice crunch to them, I don't think I'd order this again due to my craving for something a little bit more vegetable based. Maybe next time I'll try their hummus and veggie tapas. I didn't get them because the carrots and celery looked a bit dehydrated, but what can you expect with prepared food? This food is definitely something I strive to eat every day, but due to the in accessibility of the price on a normal day, it feels nice to treat myself once in a while. My least favorite of all the Kreations I frequent is the Kreation on Highland in Hollywood. I tried them again today. Third street, the original one is my favorite. I frequent a variety. Every time I go to this location, there is some sort of disappointment. If "doing to much" was a chain. Kreation may be teetering in doing too much. Customer service is hard to maintain once you have chains all over the plains. They need to send a third street manager over to this location. Get things into shape. Because the little outdoor area is cute. But the attitude of the employees is meh or below. And the quality of service is on the less than stellar side. This place is expensive. I still go because I like and expect quality. The prices at this location are the same as the other locations, so the service should be just as good. The quality of the products are fine. It's the way they do things that makes me suffer. I decided to give them another shot today. It's a no. I started to just take my ten dollar (with tip) sad latte and just deal with it. Because I'm exhausted. But it's hard to let it go at those prices. So I returned to complain. They were nice e ouch. Remade it. But I hate to complain. And I hate a do over. But come on. The worst customer service on the West Coast. Staff is sloppy, missing common courtesy and customer-service skills. First they wouldn't accept bottles for a month only to lower the return value and scam one out of the money that was spent prior to the bottle return freeze. On top of that, manager of the branch has an attitude and insults me in front of other customers. This location is too small. I almost got hit by another patron in the parking lot. I love this place. I will however say that my usual spot is the one on 3rd Street. Ended up here last weekend because I decided get to know my new neighborhood by spending the day walking around. The end game was to stop in for a bite when I got tired/hungry. I took the long way and basically walked in circles (this is only half a mile from my place) and eventually headed their direction when hunger kicked in. Like most brick and mortars, it was empty when we got there. There was however a ton of orders waiting on the table outside. More on this later. I got the Amazon bowl because that in my opinion is the best they have to offer - bowl wise. I of course finished off the whole thing. Service was great, but that should be expected considering no one was there. I'd say roughly 4 people dropped by to order to go. I ate my bowl on the table outside directly across from entrance door. It ensured I was far enough from everyone who dropped in. I did notice all bags that were sitting on the table were still there by the time I left. I have no idea how long they were sitting there for before I walked in, but I stayed a good 20 minutes and not one had been picked up. read more

Please fix your unfriendly staff issues and offensive nickel and diming on bottle buy-backs at this location. I've spent around $1500 the past month at Kreation, purchasing almost all my meals and juices from this franchise. No customer, but particularly a regular customer, will appreciate unfriendly staff and business practices, serving only to short sightedly penalize your customer. After I just visited and purchased from the Franklin location's grand opening, I had to make an additional stop to recycle bottles at this location. I brought 20 full size bottles and several shot sizes. An employee identifying himself as "Ulysses" rudely pointed me to a trash can on items not possible to buy-back. He provided me $19.50 for the recycling (each full size bottle is $1). When I asked him why I wasn't getting the full $20, since it was 20 full size bottles, he looked at me puzzled as if I miscounted. Then when I showed him the correct count, he grabbed one of them that he was already taking back among the group and said it was dirty. He told me to "wash it and bring it back". Putting aside the fact that his explanation for the $19.50 evolved, short changing a customer and then humiliating him in front of other customers is the sort of amateur, mom-and-pop shop mistake a business that hasn't reached the success and growth of this chain would make. Oddly enough, the one unwashed glass bottle was being accepted until I spoke up. Anyway, aren't all recycled bottles disinfected and thoroughly re-washed anyway??? Successful businesses tend to appreciate their customers and treat them well. I got the impression from inception with the odd side-eye I was greeted with until I left that this employee was poorly trained to politely deal with customers and/or was extremely miserable and unhappy with his job. Been here twice now and I really enjoy their Amazon bowl. I need to venture out and try more, but this was really good. They usually don't have a lot of people working, so it's easy for the employees to get really busy quickly. The guy making bowls and smoothies was moving so fast, he looked like the Swedish Chef. Bowl was still delicious. They have a cute covered patio where you can sit and enjoy your food. There is a zen fountain even. Obviously the price you pay is a little high. $11+ for a bowl and it usually doesn't fill me up either. It is healthy though and I need to get that freshness in my body. During the second attempt I realised part of the problem is the mix they are making - suggested on-menu- with a quite strong tasting coconut water/milk. I spend a lot of money here. I tried to return a soup which I purchase on 6/30 that was dated (expiration) 6/29 and they refused it--wanting a receipt...!? I will never shop here again, nor will my family. I was going to pick up $40 worth of food while exchanging the soup which would have far exceeded any loss they may have incurred. Either way - it's unbelievable to me that they could operate a business with these practices. Oh well... They lost a customer for life over a soup that cost them $1. I guess the days of the customer always being right are long gone. BTW - many of their foods are past dated. I rarely complain but make sure you look closely at expiration or packing dates. read more
