For what we paid, I would expect much better. PS - Our waiter, Beckett, was very good. Attentive enough but not too much. Also, why do restaurants of this caliber charge more for a credit card. We were right on time and promptly seated. Keeping in mind it was a holiday, they knew their occupancy rate and being primarily reservations only, they had 2 servers, 2 runners and 1 bartender. They were all overwhelmed. Our server did nothing beyond taking an order. She never checked back to see if my husband got his drink. Or if we got our food. She is super cute and charming but for what is supposed to be a high end experience, I expect more in terms of service. At one point, we were told his drink was comped. We appreciated an attempt to rectify a poor experience but nothing really improved. The shrimp stater was too salty for us to finish and I gave that feedback, respectfully. The biscuit that accompanied the omelet was cold and hard. My dining companion liked her french toast, but noted her eggs, though properly prepared over medium, were cold.
