I had a friend dinner to attend with my partner and upon arrival I was surprised to see that a steakhouse resided within. This two story restaurant has a main dining floor and bar on the first floor and a semi-private balcony/event space on the second floor. The staff here is super attentive and I really enjoyed the dimly lit environment. Hearing live vocals from a vocalist was such a nice touch and really made it feel so romantic. Garufa's menu features different cuts of steak, pastas, empanadas, salads, sides, and a few small bites. Their empanadas are so freaking delicious (a bit pricey) and arrive cut up in halves. Their signature cheese empanada was super scrumptious and the crust was flaky with each bite feeling airy. My partner and I shared the alfredo pasta with their freshly made alfredo sauce and pasta, one of their steaks (16oz but can't recall the cut), and a few of their sides. WOW - everything was so dang good and I honestly could've get enough of the mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. If you watch your receipts in a detailed fashion you will find something wrong nearly every trip. To help you - WATCH details on sale prices closely. Nearly always there is a catch. 1) A limit on how many you may buy at that price. Sometimes per transaction. Sometimes per week. Sometimes per month. 2) Only certain flavors or styles get the sale price. If you never click the "eligible items" you may actually pay full price. (ie: MANY times I have purchased an item advertised on "for U deals" and paid FULL PRICE because only a few flavors were included in "eligible items." Certain varieties of soda are notorious for this in my experience. 3) READ the FINE PRINT (if you can). I will admit to being older. Thus my eyes are not great. If tiny print on the app or the shelf says "on two" you must buy two to get the price. I just bought coffee, that on the shelf was "7.99". On my receipt it was "14.99" because the fine print said you must buy two. 4) If the app is acting funny EXAMINE YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY! I recently went through my entire shopping trip, and had "clipped" all the sales on the app. But at the end my price sounded very high. Looking at the receipt, I had received nearly zero discounts. The reason I was given at customer service, was that my phone must not have connected with their system at check out. The difference was more than $20. The only indication I had in advance was that I had to sign back into my account with my phone number just before I entered the store. 5) It is IMPOSSIBLE to see if you got the correct price at the register because the discounts often come off at the end! This is my biggest complaint with the way their system works! Often I would catch the problems without having to deal with customer service, but I don't see them until I have paid! (To be honest, I wonder how often people do not want to deal with the line at customer service, and the hassle.) CONCLUSION: If you have never been in line at customer service at Albertsons, you are NOT getting good prices. You are not getting the prices advertised on the shelf. You are paying more than you think. Period. Still a nice clean place and usually friendly people. Just expensive.

You can actually order online and they are a real deal nut factory, but I used to live nearby so when in Rome. The first time I came to Azar I was actually surprised by how small it was. I was expecting something so much larger because of the ridiculous amount of assorted nuts and candies they carry. But what was there, was more than enough. The selection is limited to about five or six shelves with three or four bags of each item. No joke there was a lady taking one (sometimes two or three) of everything. Every time I stood in front of a new product, she wedged herself between me and the bag of nuts and said, "Sorry, gotta get this one too." She may or may not have began petting a bag of maple flavored assorted nuts while purring the words, "Mine, mine, mine." What really amazed me was the ludicrously low prices. I walked out of this place with a tin of mixed nuts, flavored nuts, and gummy bears for less than $15. Sweet! There was a single employee in the store manning both the register and the phones so she periodically disappeared, but rang me up quickly when I was ready to go. Definitely check out the website and order some tasty snacks, but if you have the chance go in, load up, and avoid those pesky shipping fees.
