Krave Tea remains one of my top favorite Boba Tea shops in Orlando. The reason being is the boba they use is cooked and made fresh everyday with love and perfection. The boba has an authentic chewiness compared to other boba shops and reminds me of being in Taiwan. Many boba shops don't use fresh ingredients, they use mostly powdered or liquid flavorings. Krave Tea delivers on freshness and authenticity. The Hojicha Boba and the Butterfly pea tea with milk and honey are my two favorites so far. The hojicha boba is smooth and has a roasted toasty flavor to it. And the butterfly honey milk is topped with salted whipped cheese foam. The sweet and salty flavor pairs well with eachother and is highly recommended for this drink in particular. I also tried the butterfly pea tea with lychee and it is very refreshing and is a little sweeter than the other two I recommended. (My mom really enjoyed this one more than me). I guess it just depends on the mood your in. Because they have different flavors to choose from. The employees there are friendly and the atmosphere is clean and elegant. I really recommend taking your drink for a stroll at the antique shop right around the corner. It is a fun way to enjoy your drinks on the go. If your in this area...absolutely check this place out!! First of all. Wow. Yes. I got the Taro Milk tea with soy milk. I also had the boba, egg pudding (which is kind of like flan) and cheese foam. The cheese foam surprised me. It was salty and i expected it to be sweet. I thought it was a perfect combination with my super sweet drink. I've been very hesitant since the last boba place I went to had me throwing up at 3 am. However, this place.. delicious. My drink was around $6. Which can be kind of pricey but keep in mind, the more you add to your drink the high the price rises. This place is a great place to study. After over a decade of doing boba tea, I've come to appreciate places like Krave Tea that serve a variety of quality teas. I have my go to favorites, both fruit and milk teas, but I enjoy trying flavors I haven't come across before. I decided to go with the Kiwi tea at 50% sweetness and no toppings. I know I know... blasphemy but I quite like just being able to sip my tea through the lid. My drink included two decent sized slices of kiwi and two sprigs of mint. To be honest, I was weary of having mint in my tea. For being only half sweet, the drink was sweeter than I expected. It wasn't horribly sweet but it makes me wonder what normal sweetness would have been. We also ordered a peach tea at half sweetness and it was just as sweet. The drink had a strong tea flavor and the kiwi did come through. The mint added a subtle yet pleasant surprise and I enjoyed it being in my drink. Absolutely amazing! We got the matcha milk tea and what they call Thinker milk tea with boba and almond milk. Both were absolutely fantastic! In fact they were so good that we returned the next day and both ordered the Thinker (same way) again! (We didn't order matcha again bc we wanted the more original drink ) The portions are also generous and their Covid precautions are very safe. 10/10 read more

This place is so cute! If you've heard the rave reviews about the brown sugar boba being delicious, they're not wrong! It's sooooo good and so flavorful. I've tried cheesecake milk tea, matcha, taro, and traditional milk tea, and they were all good! The decor is really cute too, but beware if you're coming with a large group it is a small space so not that much seating options if it's peak hour. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because last two times I've been they haven't been the friendliest or most accommodating. I asked if they had any sweeteners I could get to add to my tea because it wasn't that sweetened and they straight up told me no. Other than that, the tea tastes great! read more

We've been in quarantine for a month and wanted to have some boba tea. We took the long drive all the way from West Orlando on a rainy afternoon to get us some. However, our first experience here was a bit lackluster. I usually don't write reviews until I visit more than once especially when not getting the service I was expected. But here it is. The good: The Thinker is what I ordered and i twas delicious. I especially like that you can actually taste the tea vs overloaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners/syrups. Slightly floral and clean creamy taste with the beautiful blue ombre color. The aesthetics of the place is nice and modern. The bad: We were in the middle of the pandemic and the workers did not wear masks nor did they assist in social distancing. A bit out of norm compared to other restaurants in the area. My wife ordered the brown sugar boba and it was disappointing. Not sure if it was a not so good batch, but you could barely taste the brown sugar syrup flavor in the boba and it was a bit watery. Maybe it was on off day and a lot of the workers may have been stressed due to all the things happening in our world, but today's experience was not that great. Honestly one of my top boba place in town! The boba here are phenomenal, it's chewy and the perfect consistency you want in your drink. I especially love their black sugar boba as my topping. My all time favorite drink here is the Thinker - Honey Butterfly Milk Tea, it's unique and can only be found at Krave. Not to mention, it is picture perfect if you get it without the black sugar boba. I've tried other drinks such as the Black Sugar Boba & Fresh Milk, Jasmine Green Tea, and Matcha Milk Tea. It's not bad but only worth purchasing once. Love how eco friendly Krave is, you're able to bring in your reusable cup (10 cents off) and your own straw (5 cents off). They even offer bamboo straws! The prices here aren't as expensive as most places in town. Worth the visit! Will be coming back to try more drinks that they have to offer. read more

This cute shop serves some of the best bubble tea in Orlando. I always judge a boba shop based on their classic milk tea with boba, 25% sweet since most places are too sweet for me. The sugar ratio is good, and the drink was not too sweet, allowing the drinker to taste the subtle flavors of the tea. The boba were chewy, delicious, and are some of the best I had - probably the best part of the drink! As for the tea itself, the flavor was mild and I would've prefer it a bit stronger. This is most likely due to the staff not steeping the tea long enough or the black tea that is used is a milder strain. To be fair, I drink a lot of tea regularly so this probably is not a big concern for most. Overall, I would recommend for anyone wanting a refreshing cold drink during a hot Florida day. read more

Came here on a whim after being tuckered out from on a Trader Joe's run. Don't be fooled by the outside: it's easy to miss hidden away in the corner of a trip mall next a Publix. This place is super cute inside and more importantly, the drinks are absolutely delicious. Their boba are some of the best I've had on both coasts, perfectly textured with the right level of sweetness. I got the thai green milk tea and my sister got the original milk tea. This place reminds me of some of my favorite boba places back home, down to the aesthetic novelty drinks and the inclusion of oat milk as a dairy substitute. I wanted to like Krave Tea more because of all the instagram posts I've seen of them. But for me, the boba was too melty. It basically dissolved in your mouth and I wasn't particularly a fan of it. I also liked the concept of the bamboo straws but it broke before I inserted it into my drink. It left a really strong bamboo taste in my mouth too, which made me switch to a plastic straw. Wanted to try a new boba place around the area and saw this on yelp. The ambience is very hip, calming and nice. There's board games like connect 4, chess and some books to read as well. The tea was decent and you can always adjust the sweetness and ice level as well. I like that they sell their own stainless steel boba straw set with the brush to clean it. It's nice for a chill afternoon to spent with your friends to chat or play board games. Or you can just work here as well. But I think the price are on the higher end but that's the usual price for all these popular "gourmet" boba tea nowadays. But you are paying for the experience and also the nice ambience. A friend of mine recommended me thIs place to me. It's 10 minutes from Orlando downtown and just a few minute from Winter Village mall. They locate inside a plaza so there are plenty of parking. My friend recommended the mango tea so that's what I ordered. I added lychee jelly strips for .25 cents more. After the first sip I know it's better than Royal tea's mango yogurt drink. The mango tasted really fresh and you still can taste the tea in it, unlike Royal tea, and even though it looks like a fruity drink. They even put small rectangular fresh mango into the mix. The ambiance inside is open, high ceiling with light modern decoration. I enjoyed my drink very much and would recommend it to anyone. read more

This tea shop is the most inflexible beverage spot I've ever been to. The menu seemed intriguing so I started asking questions but was told "no" to every request: 1) "Can I mix the butterfly tea with the jasmine tea?" - Response "No, we can't mix teas." 2) "Can I order the Thai tea with oat milk?" - Response "No, we can only make it with cream." 3) "Can I order the butterfly milk tea with more tea and less milk?" -Response "No, we have to follow the recipe." I ordered "The Thinker" milk tea since it was one of their more popular teas and it looked really nice. The taste wasn't the greatest though and I wouldn't recommend it if you're not into floral flavored drinks. The boba pearls were okay though, not too hard or too soft, they were perfect. I also tasted my mom's taro milk tea and the flavor was also off because I tasted more milk than taro flavoring.
