We rented it for an hour and was able to go up and down the boardwalk with plenty of time to spare. Lots of good places to stop and grab a snack along the way and the surrey is a great way to see all the various sites without having to walk the whole way in the hot summer heat.

Super easy & pleasant process. Not too long later that day, Tim & Cheyenne showed up at our rental house with the bikes! (To set expectations, I believe free delivery does depend on length and duration of rental. We rented four bikes for a week.) Very nice people who really care about the experience of their customers. Case in point: During our stay, we had a visitor come, so we needed a fifth bike. After another quick text and phone call, not only did we have an extra bike that same day, but Tim on his own replaced a couple of our original bikes with newer ones that had been returned since our original delivery--a very thoughtful gesture. Note that even those older bikes rode well; they keep the bikes in good shape. Bottom line: I whole-heartedly recommend this business and would absolutely rent again from them in the future.

I usually drive by two other bike shops to browse The Peddler. They are both a Specialized and Cannondale dealer but seem to prefer Cannondale. They are also a Seven Dealer and will pretty much special order anything. They are also located in an Economic Redevelopment area so you can save on the taxes as well. The Peddler sponsors several teams and weekend rides often start in their parking lot. Not really sure why I did not give them 5 stars. Probably because nothing is perfect.
