He answered (vs. some auto recording) and asked the issue, which I described, and then asked that I send him some pictures of what I thought was wrong. He called back shortly thereafter and said it's almost too simple a fix and I said cool (I was afraid we'd have to reframe it or something) and said he could come out in an hour or so. Which he did, and he was right - it was simple. So.... 1) easy to get ahold of, ) quick repsonse & a bid, and 3) luckily for me, same day service. What's not to like??
