Called Kramer Plumbing to get a quote on my pressure regulator as we were already told by a different plumber that it needed to be replaced. Wayne came in and decided to check everything all over again. He adjusted the pressure regulator (a simpler adjustment) and that was the problem. Water pressure is so much better and didn't have to spend $300-400 to instal a new one. Wayne was completely honest with me and told me that the regulator was fine and just needed an adjustment. Checked sinks and showers after adjustment and all is working great. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Wayne at Kramer Plumbing! ok.....so every now and then you meet just downright hard working honest people. In addition, they are also professional and good at their job, Wayne responded to an inquiry that I did online to install a high end Bobe fire table. He was professional on the phone and said he needed to come out and inspect to give me a good quote. He agreed to come out on a Saturday which was very convenient for me. Wayne arrived on time on Saturday and after surmising the situation gave me a a very fair quote for the work. He then said he could do it right then. So off to his van for tools and parts he went! I also want to mention that we were in the middle of the latest heat wave and it was 106 degrees out side. Wayne and his partner worked diligently for two hours to install the fire table. It was soooooo hot......I felt so bad for watching these guys out there working with metal tools and a metal fire table that was burning their hands and arms! Anyway, Wayne not only did a professional job, but put in a larger flex line than I had planned to help the fire table perform better. I watched the entire install and everything was done carefully so that the fire table would be safe and work correctly. I cannot thank Wayne enough for coming out and now I have a new plumber that I can count on in the future. I sincerely would recommend Wayne and Kramer plumbing for any project. He is honest and hard working. My family has a gorgeous new fire table to gather around at night and I can thank Kramer plumbing for the install. read more

Life saver! Recently bought a house and needed emergency plumbing work. Got his number through my neighbor so I called for emergency service. He showed up in 30 minutes!!! I was ready to pay up as long as it was reasonable and leak was stopped. He suggested to put a cap on a leaky valve and that once I hook up washer it won't leak anymore. WHO DOES THAT?? Typical plumber would replace pipes, valves, and make money off of customer. I have never dealt with such HONEST plumber!! Hope I don't have plumbing problem but if I do he is on top of my list! I called Kramer Plumbing at 10:30 AM and Wayne Kramer came later in the afternoon and completed the job before 5 PM. He replaced the water pressure regulator and the hose bib with upgraded materials. He gave me a one year parts and labor warranty. He charged me $350. The old regulator was squealing so loud any time the water was running in the house it sounded like a burglar alarm. Now, I don't have to worry about scaring the neighbors, and I have a solid installation. Wayne said that the new regulator should last at least 10 years. The old one was not made of long lasting material. So, try Kramer Plumbing next time you need a plumber. read more

I needed a plumber asap when I discovered a leak under our kitchen faucet. No one I called was able to come until first thing in the morning, and after calling a few plumbers I settled on Wayne because he seemed to be a down-to-earth kind of guy and not a guy that would rip me off. He even made a quick video and texted it to me to show how I might be able to do the repair myself. Well I think I could have but I didn't want to take the time so I had him come. He arrived on time and the job ended up being more involved than expected and took a lot more time. But in the end Wayne actually charged me less than he quoted on the phone.
