I went straight to the aisle, not knowing what I was looking for. So I approached the counter and told them what I needed, but needed recommendations for something that wasn't necessarily the cheapest, but a replacement of inexpensive wiper blades. Omar looked everything up in his computer and found options. Shout out to Omar who originally delegated the assistance to his colleagues since he was busy at the front cashier, but ultimately was the one who helped me changed my wiper blades and was extremely friendly about it. Said I was gonna learn how to change my wiper blades last year, but I'm obviously back tonight since I never remember instructions. But Omar assured me not to worry "as that's what they were there for". That's the ultimate customer service you can always be guaranteed at this store. They told me the air filter will be in at 12:30 came back at 1:30 to switch out windshield wiper blades for the correct ones had to teach the staff how to put them on. Air filter didn't come in place a second order. They never called called the following weekend to see if it came in found out it came in. They sent it back because I never called them to see if it was in yet never issued me a refund. Yes my responsibility I ordered the air filter should've followed through maybe during the week but after the first attempt of not getting it in. You would think customer service would make the phone call or at least not send the freaking part back. I find this shady that they didn't issue me a refund when they sent the part back so I will not be going to O'Reilly's auto parts anymore. Also, I get the feeling it's a bunch of young men who don't give a rats behind about the customers, but that is true in most places these days.
