The food, though, even after expansion, is mostly the type of frozen stuff you would pick up at the supermarket when you are too tired to cook for yourself or go out to dinner. Nicest thing I can say is they have a good beer selection and great 90's music playing. Food is basic and bland. Getting ignored for 25 minutes with empty plates and beer glasses in front of us is not cool. I'm not sure the schlep out here is worth the terrible service and mediocre food. Exceptional beer selection. Very fresh and the staff takes great care in making sure the taps, glassware and growlers are properly clean prior to serving. These small details make a huge difference! Very nice staff and knowledgable about their beer. I didn't eat but but the menu looks generic, good enough for a snack while sipping on some good brew but not the reason to come. The problem with this place is it's hit or miss. It's also expensive for what you get. We've had good and bad experiences here. Tonight was disappointing. Since the beers constantly change you can't get the same thing twice. Some people might like that but if I find something I like I want to stick with it or at least be able to have it a second time. We have had very good food in the past but that was not the case this time. We asked for tater tots very crispy. They were soggy and tasted awful. We left hungry. Last time we went we also had a disappointing experience but we wanted to give them another try since we had good experiences in the past. We thought maybe they just had a bad night last time but now I think we can cross this place off our list. read more

I am quite the beer geek - I love beer in its many forms. I have lived in Lexington for 10 years and have been going to Krafty Draft since shortly after they opened. I have to say what a blessing and a pleasant surprise it is to have such a great place like this to drink some delicious draft craft beer right in Lexington. The staff and owners are all wonderful. The beer selection is unmatched in the area - as a result, I'm sure the beer menu can be daunting for the uninitiated, luckily the people behind the counter really know their stuff and always have a good suggestion to offer. To top it all off, the prices for their beer are shockingly reasonable compared to other outlets I've seen in the greater Columbia area. This is my favorite place in the area to get a pint and I plan to have many more there in the future. Support your local brewpub! read more

The owners are true fans and connoisseurs of craft beer, but don't let that intimidate you. If you are curious about specialty beer, stop by and let the knowledgeable and friendly staff know what you like, and they'll help guide you towards one of the 100+ craft beers they have on tap. I've been a regular at Krafty Draft since they first opened, and when I first went there I didn't know an IPA from an oatmeal porter. They have what is probably the best beer selection in the Columbia/Lexington area, and the food is fantastic as well. If you are into wine, they also offer over 30 wines to choose from. The atmosphere is very casual and the menu, while simple, works well with the friendly neighborhood bar environment. Every one of my friends that I've recommended Krafty Draft to have enjoyed it and gone back multiple times. Definitely check it out if you're in Lexington and looking for a great place to relax and have a few beers or some great wine. read more

Nice people. Good beer. Awesome BBQ sandwich and German potato salad. Fair prices. One of the owners even stopped by to check on us.(This is always a good sign, right? - and everything was fine!). The atmosphere is off the mark. I wish Crafty Draft it had more of a warm tavern feeling rather than a bright, boxy mobile home or children's Day Care motif. The vast collection of paper plates on the walls (with children's crayon scribble) is just weird. That stood out to me more than the awesome BBQ sandwich, but it won't keep me from going back. read more

The beers are fantastic!!! However the food is the worse thing about the place. I took my wife out and she really wanted to try this place for a long time. Well, The burger was a Ball park Flame patty that had been Micowaved, the potato salad was from bi-lo or publix. The chicken strips were micowaved and the chips she got were not very good. Overall it was a very disappointing evening. The beer is very nice, so do your self a favor if you want a quick beer its ok, for a night out NOT worth your time unless your not hungry. read more
