Providing a "refund request form" that clearly states your company has 30days to respond AND the right to refuse a refund is bogus. Waiting 9days before a sail date to tell someone they aren't traveling is ridiculous as well!! Flights, hotels, clothes, suitcases-booked,packed and ready to go. She even sent me a fake confirmation while I was in the passport agency WASTING even more money for expedited service!! Don't fall for the scam, book your trips personally as I have done for years. No reason to pay hundreds extra only to be ripped off and infuriated with scam artists like these. Any LEGITIMATE business would require a receipt for a refund which I have. The hurricane DID NOT affect the spirit flight I booked not the port on which to board the cruise. Everything out of Kim's mouth is a poor excuse to justify the reason she allowed this trip to be cancelled MONTHS ago and also why she continues to LIE about providing refunds. Karma, however, returns to everyone justly. Don't compare this blatant SCAM to any other real business. Best Buy doesn't require a form and tell you that they have 30days to approve or decline. Insurance was added to the original fees listed and there was NO LEGITIMATE reason for the cabins that I paid in FULL SINCE APRIL to be cancelled. End of story. Return my $4629 + all other expenses so I can book a real trip without you or your fake agency listed.

When life got hectic, I had already been reading for years on travel blogs about the perks of having a travel agent, I thought it was time to give it a shot. I put down my backpacker-esque, 'I am not your typical tourist' pride and got in contact with Triple C. Mike came highly recommended from the Chinese community which made me hesitate at first because honestly, my Chinese sucks. I tested the waters by writing him an (English) email requesting an itinerary for an upcoming multi-country trip, detailing my numerous travel preferences in an anal fashion. To my astonishment, it was only minutes before a reply appeared in my inbox. Within the email was a spectacular itinerary to which I love dearly and could not have put together so well myself in such small amount of time. A few minutes later another email followed with a few concerns over how I wanted to fly in to one side of a country and leave from my specified airport that's on the the opposite end of the same said country. (I had plans to take the train across the country but forgot to mention it in my initial email) Fantastic attention to details. A quick check over kayak and a few other sites tell me Mike's prices couldn't be beat and I was sold then and there. When recently I emailed Mike regarding my woes with the difficulty I was having getting a Chinese visa he was quick to offer advice. Mike is always quick to respond to my traveling needs and questions; most of our email conversations can be concluded within minutes. I love that. Straight to the point and super friendly. Oh, my worries regarding the whole Chinese thing? Totally a non-issue. This whole experience makes me wish I had made buddies with a travel agent sooner!

When the French are on strike, Mike did everything he could to help us and gave us extremely good advice on travel insurance. Our consultant gave us some brochures and asked other consultants to lend expertise on the trip we were interested in. We left the appointment with a 72-hour window to complete the reservation AND for the consultant to provide the "how to" move forward. On the third day, I made contact to see how we could move forward before the deadline passed and the reservation would be lost. The consultant, having forgotten about where we were in the story, failed to provide what was needed ---- the reservation was lost. The promise was an attempt at a do-over once 24 more hours had passed. Rather than risk another blown opportunity, I called the vendor myself --- and booked the same dates/cabin/destination as a new reservation. Anniversary saved - go ME. The next day, received an ALL CAPS email from the consultant: "IF YOU DO DEPOSIT TODAY I CAN REBOOK. NEED TO KNOW." Needless to say, I won't be a repeat customer of this business.

Having never been to Ireland before, we gave her a list of our top things to do, our budget, and an idea of our accommodations. Lynne totally knocked it out of the park! She planned us the most amazing itinerary to explore both the tourist and local side of Ireland, all within our budget. Once we got overseas, there was not one issue with our flights or rental car, the hotels were comfortable and accommodating, and all of the events she planned for us to do were top notch and so amazing. They responded with apologies, detailed questions and statements about how they planned to rectify the situation, and ideas about my Washington DC trip. With reservations, I decided to give the new associate a second chance because she seemed genuinely apologetic and knowledgeable. 2 weeks later my trip had not moved forward with Connoisseur's help. I ended up booking and reserving everything on my own and the prices had gone up because of all the time that had passed. I foolishly did not reach out to any other travel companies and trusted this company to help me and they failed. I do not recommend Liberty - the representative I worked with did not seem very interested in helping me and barely did any research.
