There are many things that positively differentiate this Team. One of the best is that Guido (the owner) has long term relationships with all the guides, drivers and hotels that you will come in contact with on one of these trips. On this most recent trip the itinerary was well thought out, and really gave us a chance to see the best of London. Our guide was Janet and her knowledge of the area, the sites and the history were all exceptional. Within our time together Janet's punctuality and overall hospitality clearly set her apart as one of the best. By the end of our time it was like seeing a wonderful city with a long time friend. We cannot recommend Janet or Bethesda Travel any higher.

I reached out to Jeannine and she helped us through it. After talking with me, we decided on Germany and Austria, Munich and Salzburg specifically. With our interests in mind, and some imagination on her part, she mocked up an itinerary for us. Since we were flexible on dates there was some back and forth on exact dates and activities. She patiently worked with us to plan an itinerary that we liked and after realizing our trip was longer than initially thought, also worked in a few days in Innsbruck. The trip was great. We had two small hiccups while in country but Jeannine quickly and flawlessly worked it out. As a child of the internet age, a seasoned traveler, and master of internet searches the last thing…read moreI thought I needed in my life was a travel agent. When life got hectic, I had already been reading for years on travel blogs about the perks of having a travel agent, I thought it was time to give it a shot. I put down my backpacker-esque, 'I am not your typical tourist' pride and got in contact with Triple C. Mike came highly recommended from the Chinese community which made me hesitate at first because honestly, my Chinese sucks. I tested the waters by writing him an (English) email requesting an itinerary for an upcoming multi-country trip, detailing my numerous travel preferences in an anal fashion. To my astonishment, it was only minutes before a reply appeared in my inbox. Within the email was a spectacular itinerary to which I love dearly and could not have put together so well myself in such small amount of time. A few minutes later another email followed with a few concerns over how I wanted to fly in to one side of a country and leave from my specified airport that's on the the opposite end of the same said country. (I had plans to take the train across the country but forgot to mention it in my initial email) Fantastic attention to details. A quick check over kayak and a few other sites tell me Mike's prices couldn't be beat and I was sold then and there. When recently I emailed Mike regarding my woes with the difficulty I was having getting a Chinese visa he was quick to offer advice. Mike is always quick to respond to my traveling needs and questions; most of our email conversations can be concluded within minutes. I love that. Straight to the point and super friendly. Oh, my worries regarding the whole Chinese thing? Totally a non-issue. This whole experience makes me wish I had made buddies with a travel agent sooner!

I recently worked with Carol at Voyager travel to book a Carribbean vacation this winter, and I had…read morean excellent experience. Carol was very knowledgeable about the different Carribbean islands, resorts, airports/airfare options, etc. In addition, she was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and always followed up with me very quickly. Carol researched different flight options/airports, dates, resorts, and islands, to ensure that I would get the best deal and a vacation that fit within my price range. This was my first time using a Travel Agent, and I would definitely recommend Voyager Travel to others who may be looking for assistance with booking a vacation. I can't wait for my Jamaican vacation in the next couple weeks! On a side note, before I went to Voyager Travel, I checked about Liberty Travel at Dulles Town Center. I do not recommend Liberty - the representative I worked with did not seem very interested in helping me and barely did any research. I was only given 2 different vacation options (even though I was highly flexible with location, dates, etc.), and when I requested some additional options, I was frankly told that I "would not like the other resorts." Compared to the service I received at Liberty, my experience at Voyager Travel was top-notch.

VERY important anniversary - big plans for a European river cruise led us to decide to seek help from a professional rather than booking it ourselves online. Our consultant gave us some brochures and asked other consultants to lend expertise on the trip we were interested in. We left the appointment with a 72-hour window to complete the reservation AND for the consultant to provide the "how to" move forward. On the third day, I made contact to see how we could move forward before the deadline passed and the reservation would be lost. The consultant, having forgotten about where we were in the story, failed to provide what was needed ---- the reservation was lost. The promise was an attempt at a do-over once 24 more hours had passed. Rather than risk another blown opportunity, I called the vendor myself --- and booked the same dates/cabin/destination as a new reservation. Anniversary saved - go ME. The next day, received an ALL CAPS email from the consultant: "IF YOU DO DEPOSIT TODAY I CAN REBOOK. NEED TO KNOW." Needless to say, I won't be a repeat customer of this business.
