I don't often recommend services but today is an exception. If you, or anyone you know, is thinking…read moreabout taking a trip to anything Disney, a cruise (Disney or non-Disney), or vacation resort... you need to use Maryann at www.thinbluelinetravel.com. Our family started dropping like flies with the flu, less then 5 days from our upcoming trip to Disney World. I called Maryann this morning, on a national holiday nonetheless, and asked her if there was anyway we could bump the trip back several days to make sure we are all healthy for Disney. I figured this was gonna be next to impossible at this point, but Mare said she would make it happen. Over the next three hours (again, on the morning of a holiday!) Maryann had not only moved our Disney reservations back two days... at less then the original cost.... she also got the airfare switched to the same exact hours of our original flights, to match the new resort dates two days later.... at minimal extra cost. 5 days away from our trip! That's ridiculously difficult to accomplish! This is exceptional service.... and at no extra cost to you. So..... if you are going to plan a trip to Disney, or a cruise (Disney and non Disney), or a resort.... contact Maryann or Dave at thinbluelinetravel.com and let them take care of you. You will not be disappointed. They treat you like you are their family. And, if you think you know Disney..... and wanna book everything yourself.... contact Maryann and Dave and let them handle it for you. You may be able to book your trip by yourself..... but if an emergency happens and you need help.... you want them in your corner.

We booked our honeymoon in May 2024 to Cabo with Angie and we can't say enough great things about…read moreour experience! From the beginning, we gave her a list of things that we wanted for our trip and she helped us narrow down our destination and resort. She was very knowledgable of our destination and gave us great recommendations of activities, restaurants, and things to do at our resort. She got us quotes for our flights, accommodations, travel insurance, activities, and hotel transport and took care of booking everything for us. She closely monitored our reservations for any changes and promptly informed us, provided checklists to help us prepare for our trip, helpful travel tips, and provided a detailed itinerary. She even spoke with the manager of our hotel to ensure that they did everything in their power to make our honeymoon special. We had the most incredible time in Cabo and a very smooth and stress-free trip thanks to Angie! We'll never book a vacation without her in the future.

Second, you can get some killer books here, including a beautiful coffee-table pictorial history book. Third - though I've never had use of it, it seems you can come here to get your parking validated for a few hours. Finally - while I was waiting to get my gift card, I watched the nice older gentleman behind the desk patiently and gracefully handle the a most difficult customer. The older woman was snapping at him for some unknown reason, but best I could gather she wanted him to valet park her car, and carry her around to all the stores, and then pay for her purchases - and it didn't seem likely that would have kept her happy, either. So if the staff can handle her ... they can probably help you out, too!

I recently worked with Carol at Voyager travel to book a Carribbean vacation this winter, and I had…read morean excellent experience. Carol was very knowledgeable about the different Carribbean islands, resorts, airports/airfare options, etc. In addition, she was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and always followed up with me very quickly. Carol researched different flight options/airports, dates, resorts, and islands, to ensure that I would get the best deal and a vacation that fit within my price range. This was my first time using a Travel Agent, and I would definitely recommend Voyager Travel to others who may be looking for assistance with booking a vacation. I can't wait for my Jamaican vacation in the next couple weeks! On a side note, before I went to Voyager Travel, I checked about Liberty Travel at Dulles Town Center. I do not recommend Liberty - the representative I worked with did not seem very interested in helping me and barely did any research. I was only given 2 different vacation options (even though I was highly flexible with location, dates, etc.), and when I requested some additional options, I was frankly told that I "would not like the other resorts." Compared to the service I received at Liberty, my experience at Voyager Travel was top-notch.

We left our house and took the bus to see the lights @ Bull Run. While there, we had an unrelated emergency, and Terrence was able to keep everyone calm while everything got resolved. Once we got back on the road, the party resumed. I really liked the light system and the music system. My only complaints are the USB ports were not working and I wished that we had greater control of the temperature on the bus. Outside of that we had an awesome time. We reaxhed our destination safely and got back home safely as well. Thank you Terrence for making our time memorable.
