Mark is my hero!! I…read morehave used Heavens Bridges three times over the past couple of years for my executive's trips to Washington DC. The first time, I picked Heavens Bridges at random from the internet. That was my lucky day! The travel for each trip has been unique and often somewhat complicated. Mark is flexible, professional, friendly and kind. He calmly rolls with the changes that are thrown his way. If he's not driving, he personally answers his phone. When travel plans change (and they do), Mark handles it with ease. I would strongly encourage anyone traveling to the DC area for business or pleasure to contact Heavens Bridges. I wouldn't use anyone else. If I could check more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so. They are that good!!

What can I say I felt like a princess or a celebrity. He came straight I to the lobby, greeted me with a wide and friendly smile and escorted me to the car. The car was absolutely spotless (I dare you to wear white gloves) and in the cup holders there were two complementary bottles if water and a crispy new Wall Street Journal - NICE I had no need for either because Mark was an amazing conversationalist. The drive to Dulles went by in a flash. If you need to get around DC or you need to get ti and from Dulles, Skip the taxi and hire Mark instead- especially if you're with a group of people. It will be cheaper than a can.

In addition, the vehicle was spotless and he somehow managed to fit all 8 of our suitcases including a bulky Graco stroller in the car very neatly. Ellis was extremely professional and very pleasant. When he picked us up from the airport after our trip he even went the extra mile to ask if we wanted to stop for some food before dropping us off at home because he knew how tired we were. We will absolutely use him again and continue to recommend him to our family and friends.

If you are looking to take a cruise, I highly recommend working with Donna Hall from Cruise…read moreVacations Int. to plan your trip. I am very much a do-it-yourself gal and I know with the amazing availability of on-line search engines and travel sites, a travel agent may seem unnecessary. I certainly use to think that way. But my husband and I are planning our 4th cruise vacation and although I've done all the research, read all the cruise boards, etc - I still would not book the trip without going through Donna. Donna can give you all kinds of wonderful information on cruise itineraries and help steer you towards choices right for you, and away from ones that you might not be so happy with. Plus, she can help you choose the right cabin and will think about things that may affect your comfort that you wouldn't otherwise think of (like is your cabin under the pool vs. the solarium). Over the last couple years Donna has really given us some great advise that has helped guide us in our cruise decisions, starting with our honeymoon. Donna is incredibly responsive (sometimes I get an email back within minutes) and she takes care of her customers. And I can say for sure for Royal Caribbean, our current cruise line of choice, that you won't get a better price on your own. It doesn't cost you anymore to work with Donna than it would to book the cruise on your own - but it saves you possible headaches and gives you some comfort that you are making the right travel choices.
