With myself being too busy to have phone conversations, via text is my way of communicating and it worked well. I have set up my appointment for 6/20/26. Once I arrived, he went over the steps again to assure me he was going to leave my black beauty-like glass. That is exactly how he left it. I was amazed when I arrived to pick her up. I could see the blue metallic in the paint, like when I first bought it. Haven't seen that in a min. Small scratches, swirls marks...all gone as well. It is a 2025 Blk Camry, so it is a year and half old but looks like new again. My impression of Ricardo...he takes pride in his work and that is what you should look for in a detailer. He also shared care instructions and things I should not do moving forward like, no more taking my car to the car wash. Get a professional mobile car detailer to take care of my car washes and guess what, I found a local mobile near me and this guy complemented the ceramic job that Ricardo did. He told me that Ricardo uses quality supplies to take care of the job and the job came out great. Thank you Ricardo for making my black beauty new again. I am very satisfied! Ppl, book your appt!!! He brought that disaster back from the dead. My car looks damn near new. The floors? Clean. The seats? Spotless. The smell? Bomb. As in, my cat literally peed on a seat and now I can't smell a thing. Better looking than dealership when I drove car off lot. This guy knows his craft and takes time to work on ALL the little crevices. I had sticker residue from decal on passenger window, and he removed it 100% and I didn't even ask for that. Some nice touches I wasn't expecting, a brand new pine deodorizer and absolutely no fingerprints on touch screen. Will def hire Edgar to do all my cars. 100 percent satisfied! Lastly.
