All Around Trucking provided unprofessional and unsanitary services during which they did not meet…read moredeadlines, violated the terms of our contract, broke furniture and personal belongings, and moved my items carelessly and in a chaotic and disorganized fashion. I would not recommend hiring them. I've listed a subset of the issues below. Damage to belongings and chaotic process. All Around Trucking left a significant amount of furniture and boxes in the incorrect location of my new house and haphazardly. Items were physically crushed during the move. Items that did not have any relationship to one another were packed in the same box while items that were related to one another were frequently packed in different boxes. In fact, various lamps arrived and were deliberately left in multiple pieces in different rooms across my new house with certain components missing. Missing personal belongings. This includes two outdoor statues and a portion of a glass desk. Home damage. All Around Trucking caused physical damage to the floors and walls of the house we moved into by aggressively and carelessly banging boxes and furniture into the walls and floor. Timing. All Around Trucking was contractually bound to completely pack the house we moved from on Friday. However, the movers worked approximately 4 hours on Friday, did not complete the job, and left early. They came back the next day only to complete the move in a disorganized fashion since they were rushed and didn't have enough time to do everything. They also behaved in an unsanitary manner. Movers. The movers (who I tipped well) affirmatively said some of the furniture wouldn't fit in certain rooms. They dumped furniture, boxes, and other belongings wherever was convenient for them. The movers also (incorrectly) alleged that a couch, a treadmill, and an elliptical machine would not fit in the basement, so they left such belongings chaotically in my garage. I needed to hire a separate moving company at additional cost to complete the job, in addition to doing certain of the work myself. The movers also behaved disrespectfully. They left garbage, including food, wrappers, drinks, and other trash in several rooms of both the house we moved from and the house we moved to. They used the bathroom, yet did not flush the toilet - disgusting. I needed to hire a professional to clean up the mess the movers made. They left family photographs and other important mementos, as well as my primary filing cabinet, in the house we moved from. All Around Trucking failed to comprehensively and correctly move my furniture and belongings. I am 71 years old. I hired All Around Trucking to simplify my move. They complicated it, causing extra expense and significant emotional stress in the proce

The big guy got in my face and said I should help them out if I wanted it done faster. I told him not to speak to me that way and just do his job. He responded that I had an attitude and I was lucky he laid down blankets on my wooden floors and if he slipped and fell, he'd sue me. Then he started speaking in Spanish, which I understood every word, and next thing his whole crew is dropping furniture, making a mess and dragging their feet even longer. When it was time to pay him I mentioned the amount I'd assumed it would be--rounding up. John, corrected me and said it was less--he was rounding down, charging LESS THAN I was expecting to pay. Don't use Daley Moving & Storage of Torrington Connecticut…read more We moved to Florida one year ago in October 2020 and used Daley Moving & Storage to move us out of our home and put our furniture and belongings into their storage facility while we looked for a permanent home in Florida. We asked Daley if they shipped to Florida, and they told us they make frequent trips. Six months later we bought a permanent home in Florida and contacted Daley to have our belongings shipped down. They initially told us that they don't deliver much to Florida anymore because "no one is moving to Florida". After repeated calls, they finally agreed to ship our furniture and belongings down in several weeks. We were told that payment had to be made prior to the move, so we paid them in full at that time. When the truck finally arrived several weeks later in June 2021, approximately 1/3 of our furniture and belongings were missing. I called Daley the next day and was essentially told that I was a liar. I continued to call and finally reached someone who agreed to look in the warehouse. Lo and behold, they found that the movers in October had put some our items into an unmarked storage vault. Again, after several additional phone calls, Daley agreed to bring them down. At the end of another month, July 2021, the truck arrived with some, but not all, of our things. We are still missing pictures, most of our kitchen supplies, and family heirlooms that are irreplaceable. I have continued to call and write to Daley over the course of the last year to request that our belongings be returned to us. I wrote to Gina, the president of the company, on August 27,2021, at her home address, to request that our things be returned. She responded by email on September 20 stating that she would get back to us within a few days. She did not. I emailed her on October 11th and November 1st but did not receive a response. I emailed on November 3 with a suggested review and received a response informing me I would "absolutely" hear from Gina or a Krystle by the end of the day on November 5th. At that time Krystal told us our missing items were delivered by mistake to someone else. Krystal said and they would pick them up around Thanksgiving and arrange to deliver to us. Repeated calls, emails and letters go unanswered and we have not received our possessions. Daley has no integrity. To date, we have spent over $1,500 to replace items that were not shipped down when they were supposed to be as well as items that have not been shipped down at all. If there was a rating of negative stars that we could assign to Daley, we would do so. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY!

They are pleasant, communicative, knowledgeable, and courteous. Hired B&B for a kitchen install at my property while I was unable to be there. They checked my IKEA delivery for me as I was not able to do that, they informed me of materials that were missing, they installed my kitchen in RECORD TIME, they were in constant contact with me to communicate how things were going through the day, they worked with my Condo rules safely and courteously, and the icing on the cake was when they sent me pictures of my finished kitchen in the end. You're not going to get better service than these folks. They work hard, work efficiently, they don't nickle and dime you....I wish I had the money to have more kitchens to have them work on. Haha Seriously, when you're spending thousands of dollars on something you want to know you're in good hands and feel good about your purchase whether material or service and in this case, the service was impeccable.
