35 classes in, and I still love it! The instructors correct your form and make every session count. I especially enjoy classes taught by Dhanya and Ari. The only letdown has been scheduling. I've had a few same-day cancellations from the studio, yet when I had an emergency there was no flexibility. read more

Proud (and a little surprised) to say I just completed my 50th Lagree class at KP! I absolutely love the Lagree workout style - the time-under-tension approach really challenges those slow-twitch muscle fibers, and it keeps me fully present. Zoning out is not an option and for 45 minutes, it's just you, your body, and the workout. What I really appreciate is that Lagree never gets easier - you just get stronger and can push yourself even further with each class. Consistency is definitely key. Taking 3-5 classes a week (4 is my sweet spot) has really shown results, and the biggest and most positive change I've noticed is my posture. Kelli and the entire instructor team are fantastic, always motivating and supportive. Definitely appreciate the instructors who take the time to provide hands-on feedback/modifications. I can't say enough good things about this studio. Here's to the next 50 classes... and eventually hitting that 100th milestone! read more

Wouldn't recommend!!! The owner has NO customer service!!!!! There are lots of great Lagree places in the area that will treat you better. I was waitlisted for a class and switched between classes once the waitlist opened up and was charged with a no-show fee from the owner. I totally understand that the studio needs a no-show policy but just because I switched between classes? The owner was really pretty aggressive about making me pay the 25$ fee. I tried to explain I just switched times but she literally could care less her focus was on having me pay. I was also charge 25$ a separate time because I arrived at the parking lot prior to 5pm for a 5:15 class. When I exited my car to go to class at 5:10 someone told me I couldn't park there even though there are signs stating that specific spot was for the businesses including the studio. The person said the Pilates studio has a sign on their door saying you can't park there after 5. (later I looked for this sign and it's a tiny sign in the bottom corner of their window that you wouldn't see unless you knew it was there). I called the studio and emailed them letting them know the situation and to please not charge me because I did show up but wasn't able to find parking after I had to leave the lot. This one is on me for missing the class due to the parking situation, but you would think the owner would have been more sympathetic towards it. WRONG! She did not care whatsoever and just told me to pay the no show fee. It was my fault, however the signage was terrible and a situation I thought she would have understood. I'm sure the owner will say "it's all in the policy" and she has to " run a business" which it totally fair. But the bottom line is this place is way too expensive to be treated with absolutely zero customer service. I paid for a month unlimited (almost 200$) and it felt like the owner just kept nickel and diming me. I will definitely be going somewhere else in the future. read more

First time here w/instructor Erin and she was amazing! I was feeling uneasy because I didn't know what to expect and my son who goes there often got me to try it out and I was pleased with how Erin went easy having me do same stuff just as a beginner. She came over to make sure I was doing it right and guided me if I was not. I felt comfortable in class and definitely will go back so I can get better and strengthen my core. I've been a KP girl for a year and a half now and am so happy with how I look and feel. I came the the studio after not working out for years and even though I was scared, I was greeted with kindness and encouragement. Each instructor gives great explanations of not only the lagree movement, but of human anatomy and injury prevention as well. The workout is challenging, but 100% worth it! (Note: I've also shown up for cancelled classes and the cancellations were due to the instructor needing medical care or car collision. It sucks, but they're just people too) read more

I signed up to try this place for the first time. I showed up 10 minutes early to an open sign in the window and a locked door. I tried calling, left a voicemail, and no one answered. Then another girl showed up and when she checked her email she had an email saying class was cancelled. Which I never got. So frustrating since I drove 30 minutes to get there. read more

Wow! Had my first class with Kelli this morning ! I was so nervous because it was my first time doing a Pilates reformer class .. it was such a challenge but she was helping me the whole way. Helping me with form and marking sure I got the best work out. Everyone in the class was supportive which was amazing . The studio is so clean and everything looks brand new!
