Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet! The solenoid purge valve had to be replaced with a OEM original manufacture part. Truly a complete auto repair service. I will be returning to get my vehicles serviced here. I highly recommend. The price was fair, but expect to pay just a little bit more because they use manufacturer original parts that cost more than aftermarket but perform more reliably.
