So I called Oregon Heating for a chimney cleaning and a check to see if my wood stove was safe. The only concern then was that I called on a Friday morning and they didn't get back until Monday. I wish I could remember the technician's name that came up. He was great. Explained everything. checked to see if the stove pipe was the correct kind and spaced correctly, Showed me smart phone pictures of before and after cleaning. Even showed me how to clean the air supply in the wood stove. Only problem was that he was so thorough, that I could do the cleaning now. Super well done. I don't need a new stove. The installation years before was done correctly and it is safe!!

They left my wood stove and area around the woodstove clean, replaced the woodstove insulation on the door, painted and polished the woodstove so it looked brand new (all with my permission). And it was a better price than I remember from the last time I had it done!

What why? 2 scuffed wires, ok so will tape them up and proceed with testing to find what is wrong. Tec. stated I'm not here to repair only inspect LOL. No testing of anything, no diagnostic NOTHING! Then wanted payment-For what you did nothing!!! Never seen anything like this! Where we come from you have to actually do something to get paid, seriously. Would have had no problem paying if either a diagnostic/trouble shoot or repair was done. In this case nothing! So, when he left still didn't know the problem and had to replace the augur, he broke the wire off. Wow!!! Can't believe they didn't want to make this right as we tried and hated to leave a bad review. Sad! As the owner was out and does not even know what the employee did which was lit. nothing and had he been here would have been applaud! Lit. spent seconds looking at it moving the wires and then debated for the entire time to at least do something, anything!
