I explained that I needed some repair service because the stove would run for one hour then shut off no matter what setting it was on. A repairman (the owner's son) and an apprentice came out. They cleaned the stove and replace a "low limit switch". That didn't fix the problem so I called again. The same two came out and replaced the "flow switch". They charged a second service call, although it was discounted, I didn't feel that I should have to pay since they didn't fix it the first time. Their excuse was that they didn't have the right part the first time and they spent $10 in gas to come out. I don't mind paying for the parts, but why a second service call. He told me to call someone else next time. Rest assured, I will call someone else next time.

For instance, the gutter fell off the house after i was here for like 3 years (been here about 10 now) and is still sitting beside the house. It actually is causing the foundation to shift a lot to a point where my shower door shattered once which I had to pay for because they didn't believe it happened out of nowhere. I didn't have the energy at the time to deal with showing them info about what it really was but that's just one example. They do sometimes do the bare minimum like if the stove breaks they'llf ix or replace it once in a great while. But they don't even do inspections at this point. If you are a landlord, there's a good chance you're paying someone just to collect money 'cause that's ALL they ever call over or try to do something about. So if you want to summon someone to help you, just be late on rent. Also, they are not follownig their own lease or even the state laws related to things like waterproofing. I am not even sure how they have a business because they totally are just taking money and raising rents and who knows but they answer emails sometimes. Don't get caught up and hopefully a class action can be put together to help everyone in these situations 'cause I am pretty sure they target people in bad situations 'cause otherwise people would be likely to not put up with it and whatever but like many others I've talked to I had to settle with where I am to escape homelessness.

You can apply over and over to a place and never get a call back. You can finally get ahold of someone to get you a viewing and then they'll never call back again and then when you finally get ahold of them they tell you they rented the place out after ignoring you for weeks. I don't know what other job they have but renting properties seems to be their secondary job.

It turns out, they haven't delivered in over 2 months. I asked for an emergency delivery. None came today. Every time I called the local office number I was routed to someone at some call center. 4 calls later they still couldn't guarantee delivery today. We cook, have our heat and tankless water heater on propane. A neighbor suggested I call Ron's Oil in Coquille. Their propane is 40% less than Amerigas. They are bringing a tank out within an hour. Lucky for me this area is on their route today. I called Amerigas back to cancel service and was told they had a lot of other people in my area needing emergency delivery. So glad I switched.
