Once I finally got the pictures, one showed my dog with large amounts of drool and fluid/foam coming out of her mouth - which has never happened before. Called asap the next morning to be assured everything was OK...... Finally picked them up only to have the one dog have severe dehydration and diarrhea of which required an emergency vet visit on a Sunday morning (less then 24 hours from bringing them home). $400 later with fluids and meds the dog is getting back to normal. Additionally I paid for baths for the dog, which were never done however still charged... Their initial response to this was a "future credit for a bath". They also claim to have a $500 pet care promise of which I am still unclear what this covers as they had no intention to cover my pets emergency vet visit. They did end up refunding the bath they never performed, however I would give this place NO recommendation and will never be back again.

The cost is competitive and the they take credit and debit cards as well as cash. However their prices have increased at the beginning of the year and they are now adding a surcharge of 3% for using credit cards. I personally do not like surcharges but that is for a different time. The parking is good. You have to make an appointment as opposed to walking in. Mostly every weekend I would get live mice/rats, however I noticed something weird about a rat I had purchased, thought it was just a spot but come to find out their rats have fleas. It was a MASSIVE flea, which it takes time for a flea to get big. I knew at that moment this is why I have been battling fleas with my three cats for around 8 months because I had never in my life of owning cats have had that issue. Also probably why my ball python who never rejects has been rejecting. Told shop owner about fleas, they said they don't have fleas and all they could do was give me another rat, ( that probably had fleas too ) or my money back for the rat. I was more concerned of the fact Iv spent hundreds of dollars trying to help my poor cats stop itching. Plus my hungry/annoyed ball python. Stop going there all together. I now go straight through a reputable rat/mouse breeder, they are always healthy, plump, and are treated for fleas. Soon after I switched I was able to get rid of the fleas, my ball python is eating again, and I get rats/mice for a quarter of the price. Win win after all of the stress I guess.
