When my hybrid job started to require more time in person...the idea of just having to crate her for a couple full work days every week was very upsetting to both of us. I've tried a few different daycares and found her coming home more anxious and disregulated. But I decided to try it anyways and I'm so glad I did! I'm a big fan of how they introduce new dogs slowly and carefully, in a way that works very well for dogs like mine. I've found that this has helped with her socialization across the board! Even meeting dogs out in public is less scary for her now. An off leash dog ran up on us last month when out on a walk and instead of shutting down like I expected, she was wagging and excited. I 100% credit this to her time at Shilohs Place. At this point, she knows the route I take to Shiloh's Place and starts doing tippy tappies in the back seat as soon as she knows where we are going! And every day when I pick her up, she promptly goes straight to the couch and zonks for hours. It's clear that the staff dote on her and that she has made several besties at daycare. It's so nice to be able to focus on my work day knowing that she is on a big play date, having the time of her life. Communication is also easy and they are reachable through text if I have any questions or concerns. Lizzy, the lovely groomer who runs her Clean Cuts business in Shiloh's Place, also does a awesome job. It's incredibly convenient to pick up my girl all cleaned up with a good nail trim straight from daycare.

The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. Our dog was happy and playing with other dogs when we arrived to pick him up. He even got a report card for his day. This will be where we take our dog every time we have to go away and we are so happy it is close by.

We have been taking our Great Pyrenees to Gordon's for quite a long time. Unfortunately, after…read morepaying for the service today my husband was told that they can't groom him anymore because he's too large...and referenced his weight which was 20 pounds more than his actual weight. Over the course of all the times we have taken Bear to be groomed, it was never relayed to us that his size was an issue. And then to top it off, she asked if he's on a plan to lose weight!! How unfortunate to not only state an incorrect weight but to imply that our dog is overweight is so unprofessional. What has changed over the year or so we've been taking him? And they're relaying this information as his nail is badly bleeding from them clipping it too low. We have never received any feedback or concerns with Bear until today when we were told they're done grooming him. He is a Great Pyrenees, which is a very large dog. His back aligns with my hip when standing next to me. What changed over all these months? No warnings, no feedback...just attempts at fat shaming. Guess what Gordon's..you guys aren't a vet. You guys are rude, unprofessional, and just downright wrong.

I have complete faith in her capabilities in caring for my high-maintenance dogs. I trust her in my home. I appreciate her as a person and as a professional, and her flexibility and great prompt communication have been a lifesaver for us at times. My dogs adore her and never fail to get super excited when they hear us say her name or see her coming to the door. We joke that she is Maximus' girlfriend. They have a good routine down during her visits, and I really love that she will send a couple pics and a text update of the visit when she's done. Highly recommend, and I'm pretty picky!

We explained this to Jaden and she was very understanding and accommodating. During the process our dog was panicky/squirmy and wouldn't stay still during the process but Jaden was able to cut all his nails. She handled our dog with care and patience.
