I was charged nearly double for the same items I drop off every two weeks, while she, a Caucasian woman, was quoted less than half for identical service. When she questioned this and took a public photo of the owner and another individual, the situation escalated. The owner or manager became aggressive, snatched her phone out of her hand, and threw clothing at her. This is not poor service. This is assault. She chose not to call the police at the time, but that does not change what happened. No customer should ever face physical aggression for raising a valid concern about pricing. If you plan to operate in this community, you need to treat every customer with respect and fairness. This experience reflects a complete failure in both professionalism and basic human decency. I will not return, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business here.
