Second service I sent a blanket with my load as I dropped off & my blanket was misplaced for 5 days. spoke with the male person I also had to prove on my home camera that I left with the blanket in order for them to find out where my blanket went. Fast forward to yesterday. previously that week I dropped under clothes off to be dried only. days later I went to pick it up & the female tells me she left at 8 that night, left my clothes in the dryer and basically someone stole my clothing. being that I left my belongs in their care it was my fault. The male also laughed at me while I was explaining. they took my ticket with my name & phone number, scratched 2 lines through it & reused it for another customer. clothes were dried for $3. I will be taking coin laundry mat to court.

It's very well lit and a lot of the machines are brand new. I met the new owner, Mark, who is very friendly and welcoming. The place is still under renovation so there are a few spots that need paint, a few machines out of order, etc. But, it was perfect for what I needed and I'd definitely use this place again.

This place is much worse than stated in the reviews. Sometimes your clothes will wash, sometimes not. It depends on what you set the machine for. Yes you ate correct...IT SHOULD NOT MATTER WHAT SETTING. The machine is supposed to feed the wash water for the cycle chosen but they don't work on all cycles at THIS tired decrepit money pit. I will NEVER go here again. I suggest that you simply find another 24 hr laundromat. Don't worry it will be much better than this one.
