As ny husband grew weaker, our caregivers tuned in to his neds, and the gentleness and compassion they filled our lives with every day was a Heaven sent miracle. They were such a help to me as I navigated this difficult time and seemed to anticipate our every need. With their help, we were able to stay here in our home, which is exactly where my husband wanted to be and where I needed him. I am so very grateful to Pramod, BeBe, Audrey, Kathy,Angelica, to our long term caregivers, Lidia and Ashely, and to the substitute caregivers that would step in to help. I always knew that my husband's care was their top priority which gave me great comfort. I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them to anyone who needs attentive and compassionate care for a loved one. Susan W.

Their was two agencies I was looking into and had meetings with both. The first agency was great but not quite what I was looking for. The second agency was Angel Connection and I already knew that they were the perfect match for my mother after I met Dori Cruz (Clinical Consultant /Dementia Care Practitioner). This agency had it all and more! I met almost everyone in this agency and all were mostly Filipino. Everyone welcomed me and showed so much kindness, understanding and willingness to help on what I needed for my mother and they all were a Godsend of Angels! Also them speaking my mother's native language of Tagalog was the best. It took my mother awhile to get use to all her carers and it gave me peace of mind since I also understood the language and I am half Filipina/American. Angel Connection cares about the people that they are taking care of. This agency listens to your needs for your loved one and works with you and your family members needs in every way. I would definitely recommend Angel Connection for any family that needs the help with their aging loved one! I am very blessed and thankful to know each and every one at Angel Connection and to have each carer take such good care of my mother!

From the first phone call, Kathrina was extremely helpful. She assisted me with everything needed to get my dad moved in; including the transfer from the nursing home to their house, all the paperwork and logistics. My dad's mood and enthusiasm improved immediately. They provided everything he needed, including his own room, physical therapy, food, a full time staff, and doctor care. It was such a relief knowing my dad was in such good and caring hands. And the cost was more than fair, especially considering everything they were doing. My dad celebrated his 84th birthday there, and Kathrina threw a little party for him, with cake and even gifts! It was wonderful. She always made him feel at home, and kept me informed of his condition, responding to my texts or calls right away. Unfortunately my dad never really got his strength back, and passed away on April 5th. But Kathrina arranged for hospice care and transportation to the funeral home. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It felt like she was an angel watching over him during his stay, which gave me and my sister great comfort. The service provided by La Palma Home Care and Kathrina was absolutely amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was my dad's power of attorney, and I was never notified that they were giving him medications that my dad's doctor had not prescribed. I was referred to…read moreExclusive Senior Care by a friend who is a hospice social worker and who often visited patients at Exclusive Senior Care over the years. She highly recommended these homes and I moved my mom here after stupidly having her in 4 other facilities ( yes, you read that correctly) that neglected her and cost 14,000 a month. Casa Bella is amazing! I haven't had a single issue complaint or concern. I am a former child welfare social worker so I do expect high quality and following of all safety regulations. This place has it all!! Three caregivers for 4-5 residents. The staff are knowledgeable, reliable and loving. The caregivers are stable and rarely leave the facility so my mom has staff that she knows. The owners of these homes are doctors and it shows. The staff are so well trained and I just can't say enough good things about them. The home contracts with an incredible home health nurse practitioner who visits weekly and monitors my mom's health. The caregivers stay on top of any changes in her medical care and notify the nurse and me. This home is half the price of those fancy assisted living and memory care in the communities that put all the elderly in the middle of a big room and leave them there for hours. These caregivers at Casa Bella treat the residents like family. They do activities with them and make sure they are engaging with them all day. My mother's room is absolutely spotless and she also is constantly well groomed. I've visited a few times without notice and it is always the same .. my mom is happy, comfortable and clean. My mom has dementia and no longer can speak so it is so important for me to have reliable care for her. I have been able to be stress free knowing my mom is safe and well cared for by Exclusive Senior Care. I welcome anyone to reach out to me if you want more information. As a family member and former social worker, we need to help others in finding good elder care because our older adults deserve to have safe and good care at the end of their lives. Thank you, Casa Bella, for all you do for my mom.
