They assured that we could keep the physical therapist we had, but all of a sudden things came to an abrupt halt. No phone calls, nothing. They misled me until his current case needed a new review so they could get all the money they could because they knew that if we didn't get to keep our therapist we were leaving them. I contacted the therapist directly and was told they no longer have a contract with them because they use their own. So I called Crystal/Lorian and asked about the experience that their physical therapists had and the answer was " oh we will send someone "! My husbands case is complex and needs an experienced therapist, not just "someone". It's just a paycheck to them not to help a suffering individual. Then I got a text from them telling me that my insurance cancelled my husband. Another lie! He was never discharged physically from them, just on their say so. We were going to drop them because I can't trust them and don't want to listen to their B.S. So now we have to start all over and see if we can find our former therapist. Think twice before you consider this company. They are using Crystal Home's past to get clients and believe me they aren't anything like Crystal Home be for the buy out.

The last caregiver showed up 20 minutes late, listened to my wife's simple instructions, said she needed to grab something from her car... and just never came back. Instead, he wanted me to go to outpatient physical therapy. But since I am not able to drive, he sent a home health PT instead. The PT was very nice and professional, explained thoroughly what I should expect; strengthening exercises and different preventive measures against injuries, falls, etc. I also needed IV hydration because of gastroenteritis and I was moderately dehydrated. The nurse was very skilled in inserting IV's and I was very thankful she did not have to poke me several times. The personnel in their office are very courteous and helpful, answering questions promptly and directing me to various resources that I needed. All in all, the members of their staff who took care of me were very capable and skilled. I particularly love PT Gwen and Nurse Lita. I have very high esteem for this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Bella Vida Hospice was introduced to me and my family to care for my God Father. Jesse Hawk was so…read morepatient and walked me through the process with such gentleness during a very fragile time for us. Me and my family are so thankful for Jesse and the entire Bella Vida Hospice staff. When I called with questions their Intake & afterhours team was so patient and informative. They actually called back with updates when they said they would. Their RN case manager, Jasmine, visits were right away and didn't take long. She cared for my God Father and provided him dignity with his care and his end of life wishes. We had a room full of people every visit and she was so informative in a time when we needed that the most. Bella Vida's social worker, Elizabeth, arrived just when my God father passed. It's like she knew we needed her without us having to ask. She helped answer questions about arranging a Veteran's removal for my God Father from the assisted living he was at and guided us in arranging a mortuary buy giving us options in our area. The RN who arrived after our loved one passed came in with such gentleness and gave us time to process his passing. He respected my God Father and his family's wishes and handled all the aftercare so we didn't have to. Hospice staff does end of life care everyday but with Bella Vida it was like we were their only focus. Medical staff come and go, and you forget their names in life but we will always remember who treated your loved one during the hardest time of or life. We want to send heartfelt thank yous to Jesse Hawk, Jasmine and Elizabeth and to all the Bella Vida staff who held our hands during this deeply painful time. We are forever grateful.
