They misled me until his current case needed a new review so they could get all the money they could because they knew that if we didn't get to keep our therapist we were leaving them. I contacted the therapist directly and was told they no longer have a contract with them because they use their own. So I called Crystal/Lorian and asked about the experience that their physical therapists had and the answer was " oh we will send someone "! My husbands case is complex and needs an experienced therapist, not just "someone". It's just a paycheck to them not to help a suffering individual. Then I got a text from them telling me that my insurance cancelled my husband. Another lie! He was never discharged physically from them, just on their say so. We were going to drop them because I can't trust them and don't want to listen to their B.S. So now we have to start all over and see if we can find our former therapist. Think twice before you consider this company. They are using Crystal Home's past to get clients and believe me they aren't anything like Crystal Home be for the buy out.

Their was two agencies I was looking into and had meetings with both. The first agency was great but not quite what I was looking for. The second agency was Angel Connection and I already knew that they were the perfect match for my mother after I met Dori Cruz (Clinical Consultant /Dementia Care Practitioner). This agency had it all and more! I met almost everyone in this agency and all were mostly Filipino. Everyone welcomed me and showed so much kindness, understanding and willingness to help on what I needed for my mother and they all were a Godsend of Angels! Also them speaking my mother's native language of Tagalog was the best. It took my mother awhile to get use to all her carers and it gave me peace of mind since I also understood the language and I am half Filipina/American. Angel Connection cares about the people that they are taking care of. This agency listens to your needs for your loved one and works with you and your family members needs in every way. Due to Mom's failing memory, we had security cameras setup and could easily & regularly monitor her and her caregivers. We could verify that they wore masks, gloves, and practiced good handwashing practices. We were so grateful to have the same 3 caregivers on rotation, especially with Mom's increasing dementia. They always made sure to help her to restroom, especially before leaving their shift. As parking could be a challenge in the evenings since she lived in an apartment, the evening caregiver would go out of her way to show up early to make sure that parking wouldn't causer her to be late. That's care! They would patiently listen to her tell the same stories over and over and constantly engage her. We just couldn't be happier with the care and professionalism of the CHC team and would definitely use them again.

Bella Vida Hospice was introduced to me and my family to care for my God Father. Jesse Hawk was so…read morepatient and walked me through the process with such gentleness during a very fragile time for us. Me and my family are so thankful for Jesse and the entire Bella Vida Hospice staff. When I called with questions their Intake & afterhours team was so patient and informative. They actually called back with updates when they said they would. Their RN case manager, Jasmine, visits were right away and didn't take long. She cared for my God Father and provided him dignity with his care and his end of life wishes. We had a room full of people every visit and she was so informative in a time when we needed that the most. Bella Vida's social worker, Elizabeth, arrived just when my God father passed. It's like she knew we needed her without us having to ask. She helped answer questions about arranging a Veteran's removal for my God Father from the assisted living he was at and guided us in arranging a mortuary buy giving us options in our area. The RN who arrived after our loved one passed came in with such gentleness and gave us time to process his passing. He respected my God Father and his family's wishes and handled all the aftercare so we didn't have to. Hospice staff does end of life care everyday but with Bella Vida it was like we were their only focus. Medical staff come and go, and you forget their names in life but we will always remember who treated your loved one during the hardest time of or life. We want to send heartfelt thank yous to Jesse Hawk, Jasmine and Elizabeth and to all the Bella Vida staff who held our hands during this deeply painful time. We are forever grateful.
