They ran my credit to make sure I was a qualified buyer, which I had no problem with! They called me to ask for a deposit to put the car on hold when they called me to get the money for the deposit, they said "oh by the way the car is in a auction" And they still wanted the deposit. I asked the manager why would I give a deposit if the car is not even on hold this was on Thursday August 15th and she told me she did not know what auction the car was at or where the seller took it "But it was available". They wanted a $5k deposit. The manager then told me that she would know if the car was available on Saturday night and she would let me know Sunday so I could do the 6 Hour Dr. to pick it up in Hollywood ! They convinced me because they appeared to be a nice family run business. Well they aren't. First of all the car was infested with roaches and I mean infested!!! In October 28th, 2020, Purchased Ford F-350 Super Duty. Truck cost is $39,568.00 and the process of the financing would be the following: $15,000.00 down payment ($5,000.00 upfront and the rest in installments of $1,000.00 every 2 weeks) The rest financed through a bank in the next 5 days. ($25,778.20) I agreed and proceeded with the paperwork. One of the papers they made me sign was a "Spot Delivery Agreement" what they said is my assurance that I will be financed through a bank in the next 5 days. I elected to buy extended warranty for the truck. Signed, paid and took possession of the truck. Started making payments for the rest of downpayment as instructed. A month later I stoped by the dealership to ask what was going on with the financing through a bank. They told me they are working on it. Made couple more payments and because they still did not update me on the status of financing went there again. This time I was told they need bank statements because the bank is requesting them. Sent and continued making the payments. Truck had a break failure took to fix it. Second day the dealership informed me the warranty denied payment of repair because the dealer did not specify the type of truck it was. I went to Kosher Motors INC again with this issue, while I was there I asked again about the status on the financing. I was pulled by the owner (Perry) in his office and was told that until I don't pay the remaining downpayment ($5,000.00) plus another $300 for registration they will not be able to finance through a bank. Went to the bank pulled $5,300.00 and paid and asked they fix the warranty also Heard nothing from them again, so I decided to text and email them to inquire about the status of financing. No response, warranty still not fixed. Started to get a bit skeptical and e-mailed them again. Nothing. Check my credit score and see my credit was brought down 80 points because of 30 inquiries on my credit in the past 3 month. Go to the dealership again. Ask them what is going on and why they did not delete my personal information after 5 days as agreed, where is the financial agreement from the bank and what is with the extended warranty. In response they asked again for bank statements and promised they will be on it the same day. Nothing again. Emailed them again. No response until couple weeks later (end of March) when they texted me to tell me I was late on payments. Called to ask what is the financial institution they put me through so I can go pay my payment. I was told that I have to pay them $1000 every two weeks and that I was late. I explained that I made all my payments towards the $10,000.00 and was told that this is not for the down payment but for the truck. $1000 every 2 weeks until I pay the truck. Called the owner, Perry, he said that is because they can not finance through a bank so I have to pay them. I told him that I will finish the jobs I had a contractual agreement with And then will be coming to talk about seeing how I return the truck and take my downpayment back by deducting the value lost on the truck in the 4 month I had it. On my way back to Florida while I rest my truck is repossessed by Kosher Motors together with the customer boat attached to it. Had a friend bring me a truck, paid $1000 the repo guy to take the boat back and deliver to customer. Went to Kosher Motors, Perry (the owner) tells me I have two choices on getting the truck back #1 pay remaining balance of $25,778.20 plus interest and repo charges on the spot, or financing through one of their bank with another down payment of $8,000.00. When I asked why another downpayment, he told me that is because he is reselling me the truck but this time only for $30,000.00 instead of $39,568.00 as it was before. I denied the offer. Took a check for reimbursement of extended warranty $2500. and left. They refused to reimburse any amount on the downpayment. read more

I spoke with a salesperson over the phone regarding a 2013 BMW 535i they had for sale for around $18,000 I asked the salesman to make sure the car was in good mechanical condition and that there were no warning lights or mechanical issues with the car. The salesperson told me he would check the car out and call me back. After about 20 minutes he called and assured me the car was "In excellent condition" and that they "do not sale cars with mechanical issuesor even put them on the lot." I told him it would be a five hour drive for me to pick up the car so his promise of quality and effort was very important to me before making the trip. He again promised the car was in excellent condition and that he would be there for me on Sunday morning. He promised there was nothing wrong with the car and if I make the trip he would personally test drive it with me. I drove five hours to the dealership arriving at 10:00 Am on the dot for our appointment and the salesperson was not there. The manager spoke with me and guided me to the car for a test drive... The BMW had a list of issues; check engine light was on, warning light, driver's side headlight was malfuncitoning, drivetrain malfunction, oil leaking from the oil filter gasket, trunk latch release was broken, air conditioning vent was broken, seat pouch was torned out, and many other issues. They used a OBD2 to reset all the codes in front of me and proceeded to say the car was now fine again and that the codes wouldn't be an issue and if they did they can "fix it later" I would apreciate if they seeked remedy for making me waste my resources on a false promise and bad attempt to sell me a car with issues. read more

One goes to an auto dealer to purchase a car. To get good car at a good deal. I purchased a 2013 Subaru WRX including extended warranty from Kosher Motors in late July 2021. They said the car will be looked at and evaluated and cleaned before they can hand it over to me.. Ok. Waited a couple of weeks as they did that. They called and told me car was ready. I happily picked up the car and took off. A few days later... turbo blows on the car.. haven't driven the car more than 300 miles yet... hmmm... so took it back to the dealer. About a month later they replace the turbo, free of charge. Great!!! This is already late August 2021. Drove the car for about a month and a half... September 30th, 2021 car decides to die on me on the turnpike...Sparing details.... took one month for Kosher motors to decide to send to a mechanic in early November 2021... mechanic found that the motor was blown in January 2020! Of course warranty company wont cover damages, SecureOne..(don't ever deal with these people)... now stuck with a 3000 lb paper weight.. Let me just start by saying that they financed me a Ford F150 2005 with 230,000 miles for $10,000 and $3500 down. If that isn't a rip off from the start i don't know what is. I tried negotiating the price but they wouldn't budge not a dollar, I decided to go along with the payment anyways since they were the only ones who would accept my Credit and my current situation. The truck had a bunch of issues rear doors won't open, headlights won't turn on unless highbeams were on, back windows won't go back up after putting them down. I told them about the issues and they said they could fix the problems. A few months goes by and I call and ask if I could bring the truck and they say it's fine to bring it and they could see the problems with the truck. Their mechanic that they had at their dealership took apart the door and figured out what the problem, when I go to tell the people inside that he figured out the problem they said that I would need to pay for the parts and Labor for the work to be done. How great, right? Not finished yet, I decided to pay the truck off early three months prior to this incident and was waiting for the title for over three months along that three months. I called at least twice a month to see where the title was since they said the title would be sent to the dealership directly. After the long three months I decided just to go to the tax agency and print a duplicate since I never received one from them and paid $55. Then they started by adding in a $900. "Dealer fee" another couple hundred in "DMV fees" (not including the tags) and taxes bringing up the price by over a third. Then after we argued and negotiated to $500 above the original asking price, they withdrew their offer if I house financing. Had to return the car 6 different times to the shop they have after my brakes stopped working on the highway and the entire turbo fell to the ground and I couldn't drive the car because of the pipes that were still connected that were stuck on a speed bump. Car is completely rusted inside and out. They super glued everything and turned off all of the alarms so the check engine sign would turn off. Now I have no turbo, no back to my drivers seat, no glove compartment, no air conditioning, no middle compartment, no working back windows, no rear view buttons, no working sun roof, nailed grill, ripped leather seats that were clearly spray painted black and last but not least, I need an entirely new motor. After purchasing the vehicle, I had to spend over $3000 repairing the thermostat, radiator fan assembly, replacing front engine mounts, upper and lower strut mounts, transmission mounts, rear shocks, alignment, windshield washer tank, and reprogramming the key fob, which never worked because the car has major electrical issues. Although I made several attempts to communicate with them regarding the ridiculous additional costs, I never heard back from anyone. So, we towed it to the dealer, spent extra money, and got it running. End of story. No assistance from Kosher Motors. Recommendation: run the other way. Updated Review 1/28/16 - we bought this car at 9 PM at night - 3 months ago. They were glad for the sale. we lived the vehicle. We test drove it and it appeared to run fine. A red check engine light came on as we returned it from the test drive. The salesman and the financer said no problem they will look at it tomorrow, bring it by in the afternoon. To be fair, we signed the as is contract. To be fair, they gave their word to make the car right. The next day we find the salesman is no longer employed there. We are placated by some employee who says yes they will look at it. He said bring it by next week, in the meantime it breaks down so we have it towed there. Oh it needs a part. Oh, we need to order it. Another week goes by, no the parts not in yet. Another week goes by, oh yes we have the part. We are too busy this week to put it in. They put the part in, finally and we drive away. The car breaks down again and we have it towed to Kosher Motors. Oh, we put the wrong part in. At this point almost every red light on the engine panel comes on. Instead of driving to work we have to take an Uber. Now it's weeks. Oh, you need a new battery they said. KM put one in. Nope. Not a new battery. They put in a used battery. How did we find that out? We removed the car from their lot and brought it to the dealer.
