I never give 1 star reviews just look at all of my reviews but after this being the second time of having issues with my Tesla which I love & I am a super fan. Here is what happens 1- Alex Valdez - 10/10 but he has to follow the poor after sales customer service warranty of Tesla 1- At 15k miles my steering wheel bubbled up from a factory bad design that is in all forums they choose to cover or not even though is a know bad material. 2- I had the steering covered by a professional and paid $400 out of pocket as I was not going to put another Tesla wheel on to risk same issue. 3- The front cameras in these cars mine being a Dec 23 model with only 30k miles mint condition. Condensation or fog is developed in these and these cameras are seal so no way to get them dirty but touching y them so a BAD DESIGN. Well they want to charge me $60 while car is under warranty something that takes 5 min& a know fact. Andre's the Service manager very nice listened to my story and was pleasantly unhelpful just a great guy great smile no results. It's not the $60 or the $400 for steering wheel but the fact that it's wrong and unfortunately as I told Andres and Alex both this is why Tesla get a bad grade in service in the market. As I told them put your self in my shoes it's not the $ but the principle of feeling taken advantage of. What a product very poor warranty follow up in honoring flaws in design. In our business service is 2nd to any the best in any industry as we use common sense we never cover abuse but always common sense this gets you loyal word of mouth marketing. These type of decisions in poor service directly affect buyers decisions when making a purchase and detrimental to Tesla sales. read more

My car pickup was smooth and efficient. While there was a brief wait because of how busy it was, a quick chat with the front desk brought our representative to us. We thoroughly inspected the car, and it was absolutely flawless, inside and out. I was impressed by how fast the ordering and delivery process was. Plus, the car came with a 30% battery charge--plenty to get us home--and an added bonus of 200 free Supercharger miles! read more

I didn't even notice this Tesla dealer, but my Hubby has been interested in a possible Tesla purchase to replace one of our cars. He set up an appointment for us to test drive the model X which seats 6. It was a good size for my family of 5. Definitely have to get use to a different way of using the gas and break petals, but it ran smooth and had a lot of interesting features. We also got the check out the inside of the CyberTruck , which I had no idea had a truck bed in the background. read more

Tesla holds no value. Leasing is a money pit with no benefits. Discounts are a joke, plus they pocketed the EV tax credit with nothing benefiting the buyer. Such a money hungry company. Good luck doing business with them. I wondered why there is an influx of Teslas at CarMax. They can't get rid of them. read more

I'm deeply DISAPPOINTED with Tesla's service for my 2022 Model Y Performance (21,887 miles). I reported excessive inner-edge wear on the rear tires with exposed treads creating a safety hazard, while the front and outer rear tires remain fine. As an ASE Certified and I-CAR technician, I identified this as a likely factory alignment defect (negative camber, and Toe IN), but Tesla dismissed it as "road conditions" or "maintenance," refusing coverage under the 4-year/50,000-mile Basic Vehicle Limited Warranty. Their 30-day alignment warranty is unreasonable, as such defects only show AFTER thousands of miles. The service team, led by Tim (General Manager) and Julian (Shop Manager), upsold me 2 new tires and an alignment when I only wanted them to confirm that the factory alignment was out of spec, ignoring my video evidence and requests for escalation to upper management. Tim's lack of communication really baffled me as all he wanted to do is SELL the service. For a premium brand, Tesla's refusal to stand by their product or value customer expertise is unacceptable. I will not recommend the service center in Miami Gardens due to sketchy practices. I'll escalate further but advise others to steer clear. read more

3 times before they fixed a/c correctly. Had it ready to pick and when I came in the next day was told it would be 15 minutes as there was something to square away. I suspected it leaked over night and they attempted a quick fix. Sure enough I took it home and the next morning there was so much coolant lost that power was restricted and service immediately. Messed up my dash trim but claimed it was existing as if it wasn't obvious. Cheap fix with aftermarket applicate, but why lie again to the guy who had to make 3 round trips to your hack repair shop. read more

I picked up my Tesla model 3 here and as this is my first Tesla I was beyond excited. The customer service here is non existent. I checked in and was greeted by the front desk who she was kind in helping me but besides that there was no personalization. As I mentioned, it was my first Tesla so I had no idea how to even turn the car on. Nobody was there to show me how the car worked at all or anything about it which is pretty disappointing. Not to mention the car didn't even come fully charged I had 30% battery.. A service experience so bad, it sends EV drivers back to gas. My car was ruined while in their possession. Everyone knows that the Tesla service experience is lacking in many ways and pales in comparison with other well established brands. But for them to ruin your car and expect you to be ok with it is astounding. For the 30 months that I have owned my car I have painstakingly labored to keep my white interior in mint and pristine condition. I even keep cleaning rags in my car and have kept it smudge free the entire time I have owned it. In a matter of days they tarnished my seats which are now irreparably stained. I couldn't believe the drivers seat. It looks more than 10 years old and is now grey. How is this ok? They rushed me to get my car after hours, charged my credit card without my consent and expect me to take possession of my car with a ruined interior? The best car buying experience ever thus far. All dealerships need to take heed and tap into this new way of selling and letting consumers purchase cars. This process was seamless. I literally did everything from the comfort of my own home, on my time and the best part there was no hassling or spending hours at a dealership. Didn't have to deal with pushy and annoying sales ppl wasting my time or trying to sneak in extra fees etc. I came here twice. The first time just to look at the different Tesla's and options to see what I wanted and liked visually and the second time just to come pick up my car at my scheduled appointment day and time. This Telsa service center is by far the best Tesla and I've been to at least 2 other ones from coral gables and ft Lauderdale.The manager is amazing,he informs me about everything and he is honest too. I got the tire protection plan which everyone should get,it's amazing. He is sweet,patient,very efficient,very swift and very helpful.I literally drive from coral gables and go to Miami Gardens because not only of the exceptional customer service but I know my car will be properly cared for and maintained. It's like a new car when i leave.All the staff is just so amazing and you can just tell it's under amazing leadership,I love that! It's clean and they treat you amazing. This location made me proud and happy to own a Tesla,as I am a women who knows nothing about car and with no one to help.it's also amazing they all know how to do their jobs and no gimmicks,this is coming from someone who has had the worst experience with other car services and had issues prior.I love this place. We had our Appt at 5:00 and its 6:20 and still waiting, service is horrible here. These employees have lack of energized working habits!

If I could give zero stars I would. I will NEVER bring my vehicle to this location again. First I had a 1:30 drop off. They did not take me in until 2:00pm. I went in for 4 new tires and an alignment. They gave me a demo car with 23% charge. Where would I go with that limited amount of charge!??? Estimated completion was 6:00pm as this is when the office closes. At 5:31 pm I went up to the lady at the desk and asked when will my car be ready. She proceeded to tell me that a tech was NOT EVEN assigned to my car yet! She then went out to the garage, came back in and said it will be done at 7:00pm. As I paced around the building she came out to tell me to NOT walk around the building for safety reasons. Mind you I was walking n the lot where the cars are to be picked up. 7:00 pm came and went. I waited until 8:00pm all alone in a desolate area and almost nightfall. I asked why was I promised 6pm? They told me they took in 96 cars that day when generally they take in 40. They had the audacity to take in walk in's and work on their vehicle FIRST!!! Do your self a favor and DO NOT go to this location. In addition when I checked the psi (recommended 42) on the new tires every one of them had a different poundage. (two were 44 and two were 41 (under the recommended psi) AND no caps were put back on the valves. read more
