The first thing I noticed about the LARGE pepperoni pie I ordered was it was quite small. The look and taste of it reminds me of Pizza Hut--thick doughy crust. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of this food. Their logo is very simple and and I don't like corner spelled with a "K", so, I might not have ever tried their food, except for their Yelp Ratings. We ordered the baked lasagna and the Korner's Classic Pizza. The pizza sauce was a little bit sweet but the pizza was still good. The crust was cooked well. Not to thick or thin, and it had a nice crunch. The combo of flavors was good. The baked lasagna was not bad. Lot of grease on top when it got to the house, but after We drained it off, it had a good flavor. We also got the cheesy bread which was really good - cause it was garlic bread with cheese cooked on top... who doesn't love that? We would rate them a 3.75 out of 5. Beware they will charge you for a full pizza and send you a pan pizza not cool called them and basically it's tough call dude ok that's fine but I told you I would review and I have beware order maker call them and get it in explicit writing that you are getting a full sized pizza because the menu oddly leaves off that part. read more

OMG this place is soooooo amazing!! I love the staff and food!! kicks Marco's domino's papa john's clear out of the water!!!! The flavor of the sauce and the texture of the dough leave you wanting more!! My personal favorite is the meat lovers, the savory notes from the different types of meats are not lost from the rest of this amazing pie. The people who answer the phones are so nice. Saw the great reviews and then I saw the pictures of their pizza on Yelp and was curious to try Korner Slice. I got a simple pepperoni pizza (with extra sauce). The price was reasonable and the pizza was delicious (lots of cheese!). It's a bit of a drive from where I live, but this place shoots up to the top of my go-to pizza places list (alongside a couple other spots). I will definitely will be back for more. read more

This is real pizza, nothing like you have ever had of all you eat is major chains. You will never look at pizza the same once you eat this stuff! We have made this a regular for our family! Ordered a spinach salad and the menu said it comes with bacon. Once it was delivered I saw that it was RAW chopped bacon. I called them thinking this was surely a mistake. I was told by the lady who answered that "that's just how it comes". Shouldn't something like that be on the menu? I told her I was currently 24 weeks pregnant and couldn't eat it like that and she couldn't have cared less. No offer of a refund, apology, or an order of something else. Considering this was a nearly 9 dollar salad, I was very surprised at such poor customer service. I will NEVER order from here again. read more

I was driving passed this place randomly last week and decided to order a pizza for the firm I work for. I got one word for you...WOW. In my experience with these smaller pizza chains, it's hit or miss, and on top of that, you can almost expect the crust to be as hard and chewy by hour 2. Not at Korner Slice though. They got their dough down stat! As an added bonus they are very nice when it comes to the toppings as well. The workers, all cool people, especially the shorter guy...Francis (??) and the Italian dude. Definitely coming back here again. read more

I have given this store MULTIPLE opportunities to get it right and just can't seem to do it. Making pizza and delivering it is not rocket science. I order the same thing, the same way almost every time I order. I use the opportunity their gives me to remind them not once, but twice, to put all sauce on the side. Every single time, with the exception of once, they've gotten it wrong by either putting sauce on the calzone or leaving it dry and not including the sides of sauce that were requested and in some cases charge an additional fee for. I'm talking probably at least a dozen times over the last several months. I just don't get it. I worked in the service industry for close to 20 years and I didn't make as many mistakes in that entire time as they have the short period time I've been a customer. This most recent time, I called them and told they (once again) neglected to delivery my sauces. The guy was nice and apologetic and said he would have a driver bring some by. I guess it was my fault that I didn't specify that I expected it to be done immediately, BEFORE my food was ice cold. Silly me. 30 minutes later they finally delivered it...the store is literally 5 minutes, including any stop lights, from my home, so 30 minutes to deliver missing items is unacceptable...I should have been a priority. This was the last straw. They'd have to give me unlimited free orders for a year and not make ANY mistakes if they ever expect to get anymore of my money. I'm tired of rewarding total incompetence. read more

Pretty bad pizza in a pretty bad location. We ordered a thin crust, and it was like most original crusts. The flavor was over cooked and dry. I'd rather have leftover frozen pizza honestly. I was hopeful because Atascosita needs a decent pizza joint, but this place sadly is a bust. read more

Let me first say that I DO NOT eat pizza other than an Alfredo spinach pizza with white sauce. I literally hate average red/marinara sauce pizzas. So this was the BEST Alfredo spinach pizza I've had thus far and better than MOD Pizza! I would've rated five stars, but the garlic dipping sauce was horrible. It tasted more like a creamy sauce with Worcestershire sauce in it and had a sweet taste that did not pair well with the pizza. Korner needs to consider renaming the sauce or rethink the ingredients. Nothing was garlic about the sauce. So be ware and do not order unless you sample the sauce if in the restaurant. My order was delivered. So I did not have that option to sample or swap it out. Nevertheless, I would order the Alfredo spinach pizza again. I added extra Alfredo sauce and it was awesome. My son also liked the cheese pizza. Thank you Korner Slice! read more

I really like Korner Slice! The staff is kind, and often give out discounts. The food there is great! My favorite is the calzone and the cheese pizza. This is probably my favorite pizza place in town. Only kidding. It definitely is. The pizza is the best. So cheesy and delicious. Imagine the most perfect pizza ever... IT IS BETTER. This is way better than I ever imagined the Krusty Krab pizza from Spongebob would be. The best part is that every single employee is so nice and kind. First, this chain used to be called Sarpino's. It re-opened in the same location after the name change. Sarpino's went out of business because the quality of the food and of the service was terrible. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. It took about 70 minutes to get my pizza after being told 40 to 50. The pizza was barely warm. The cheese had gotten cold so it was stiff, rubbery and one solid piece. These are the same exact issues that they had when they were called Sarpinos. I stopped buying from Sarpinos and won't shop at Korner Slice again either. Just order from this location for the second time. 1st time pizza was very dry; very little to no sauce (possibly and honest mistake). Therefore 2nd time I requested EXTRA sauce still little to no sauce. Called location to inform them of my dismay and was placed on hold for forever just to be told that the cook followed my request and offered a 15% discount (which I already get) on my next order. There will not be a next time. I am pregnant and when I order my food it needs to be exactly as I request especially when I am paying. Ugh! read more
