Prices are good & accessible parking in large shopping plaza. The Young guy that was there as we walked in, gave me kind of odd vibe & appeared stand-offish, especially since my husband was trying to say a few words to him in a joking manner. (typical friendly customer banter) As we walked out, we realized why he was dry & felt like he was trying to get us out. He locked the doors and walked away towards subway (?maybe, I didn't see him go in there). Another car parked in front & young dude came tried open the doors & we told him to wait a few, the guy took off maybe to grab food. He really should put a "back in a few minutes"sign on door, it's kinda a put off especially when you don't know what's up trying to go in. Reading the last review, the owner really should be there or have some one better at running a store. And my expression is also, "Woah!? Not good & now wondering what the hell at the same time-read the last negative review.

But the employee stopped me and he also had to call his manager or he'd get in trouble. Other liquor or even other stores hasn't been giving me an hassle for scanning them and putting them back... Complete lack of business ethics. I got my tacos over priced and not from where I thought I had ordered. How did I make this mistake again, the address on the platform is the same as the other business too since these guys FAILED TO ADD THEIR SUITE NUMBER to their online ordering we think we ordered from the other restaurant. I looked up their address and they have multiple buisnisses out of that liquor store: Panchitos Tacos, Birria Hands, Abuelitas Birria, and all sorts of others and again ITS THE SAME PLACE!! They are directly taking customers from other business' in that strip mall by NOT PROVIDING A SUITE NUMBER on their delivery service apps. Easily confusing customers. I have reached out to the business I intended to purchase from in the first place and alerted them on these fraudsters. Shame on you. At a time everyone is struggling you are taking advantage of people. I am going to report you to the BBB and the city.

I am particularly happy about the latter since finding darker beers is quite challenging. Also good selection of hard liquor especially with whiskeys. What made it worse was trying to ask about the pricing. Instead of getting a helpful explanation, the interaction was rude and dismissive. There was no attempt to make the situation better or even treat me like a valued customer. I expect prices to vary from store to store, but there's a difference between paying a little more for convenience and feeling like you're being overcharged. When the prices are already high, the absolute least I expect is professional, respectful customer service. I left feeling like the combination of inflated prices and the attitude I received simply wasn't worth it. I can find the same products elsewhere for less and have a much better experience doing it. I won't be going back.
