Dealerships are supposed to disclose known conditions of vehicle, such as frame damage.. however when sold privately, disclosures are not required. Inspect everything a few times or go to a more reputable dealership if you want actually honesty and someone that cares about your safety on the road. Dirty shady business if you ask me.
