The worst experience buying a car. The salesman lost the car, then told us it wasn't for sale, and…read morethen got mad when we asked if it would be cleaned up before purchasing. The car ended up having a problems so we took it back to them. After 6 months, 3 of which they had our car sitting on their lot, they finally fixed it. We had 3 different problems and had to take it back multiple times because it wasn't done correctly. The service manager kept saying he would keep us updated on the car. He never called, we had to track him down after each deadline for the car to be fixed had passed to get an update. Overall a terrible experience from people who don't care about customer service.

I am extremely pleased with my entire experience. My dad always purchases his vehicles from Eric. When it came time for ME to buy a new car, however, I wanted a Malibu. Eric was amazing at putting me in the perfect car. Over the years, the entire Milnes group has always done right by my family - so we keep coming back. I appreciated how easy they made everything. Even though I have way less than perfect credit, they made the financing easy. I was offered a rate that was a fraction of what other dealerships found for me.
